Teahouse doesn’t have deadlines or closing dates. Even throughout December, we try to deliver your packages on every working day as soon as possible. But…
…as we all know, almost every Christmas:
- Just to spite us, nature sends an unexpected snowstorm and the traffic system collapses.... - Airports and highways often close due to bad weather. - During the pre-Christmas rush, courier networks can’t cope with the number of packages.
If you want to avoid the disappointment of a late package at Christmas, order your shipment the latest on Wednesday 12th December.

Don't let your parcel get stuck in the pre-Christmas peak.
For example, when sending a package from the UK to Germany on 17th December, it can theoretically be delivered before 21st December - but this cannot be guaranteed.
Don’t forget to send your presents in time!

1. SEND ON TIME. If you want delivery before Christmas send your parcel on December 8th or 11th the latest.
2. BEWARE OF THE PEAK. Do not rely on the usual delivery times. It may take longer during the peak time (parcels overload, weather, etc.).
