Teenfit

Busy and special day today. Was invited to conduct the warm up at Bassingbourn Village College for their Race For Life event today. Over 500 happy smiling kids all in pink doing their bit for cancer research UK. Even ran the 5km course with my little mate Oscar Ayliffe!!

What a great turn out for Teenfit at Bassingbourn Village College today. Fantastic group of kids who are all getting Fitter, Faster and Stronger. It is a pleasure working with you all!!

More fantastic feedback from the kids at Bassingbourn Village College today. A young Lad has said how much his Football has improved since he started coming to the teenfit sessions. A young lady has also seen great improvements on the running track. All the kids are living up to our motto! "Fitter,Faster, Stronger"!!

It was great to have the kids back after the Easter break. Awesome to see new faces too!!! See you all next Monday!!

I had fantastic feedback from a parent of one of my teenfitters yesterday, I thought I had to share it! Parent "Since my Daughter has been coming to teenfit at Bassingbourn Village College, it's like a fitness switch has been turned on. She now goes running and does sit ups etc by herself." Me Did she do this before starting with teenfit?... Parent "No, she has a lot more motivation and knowledge to do it herself now."
I love it!! She now has this knowledge to take with her for the rest of her life!!

Just finished another fantastic session with the kids from Bassingbourn Village College. What a great group of young people! It's such a pleasure to be helping them with their fitness and nutrition journey. I'm looking to spread the word to other surrounding colleges. If you want me in your college please let me know.
