I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Great food with great service and highly attentive staff. The view is AMAZING which rounds up the experience! Definitely worth it, go check it out!

I come here a lot and never had a bad experience. The shisha is superb, the food is delicious and the view is the best you're going to find. All this is underpinned by fantastic staff who are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Don't know why people complain so much about this place! You are being informed about the 2 hour max stay durinf busy periods. It even says in the menu!! Had a good time and will be back again!!

Amazing place! I must say that myself and Jackin Furia are one of the regular customers there. Every time we go we are treated very well. Service is very good, food as well. The Shisha is great! A special thanks to Lukeman and all the guys working there for the respect they are showing to us. ��

Very strange place, shisha is awesome but customer service... I've been asked to move to dif table as I was eating. They lied about booking and I failed to accommodate my friends party (thank you for Russian waitress who managed to sort it out). Don't take me wrong, some guys are good here, but others.... No common sense. Very controversial place. Plus cash only, 2 hours seat policy are mad. Go to #Salt Bar at Marble Arch. 5 out of 5 Stars.

The view and atmosphere was lovely till 1 waiter decided to disappoint our whole evening. The time limit is ridiculous, 2hrs only when its busy (lots of empty tables) the bill was also thrown at us and was told to leave in 10 mins. Completely ruined a start to a birthday. Rubbish experience, never going back. Absolutely mannerless! Dinner with no music and the waiters have no idea who is in charge ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Was a full 5*, till the bill was thrown at us and we were told to leave in 10mins.. atmo and service by Iqbal and the 'podina' (staff there) served very well and were very entertaining. There was just the one member of staff that turned our celebration vibes in a bad way...

And there's no PDQ.. only Cash.. like whats happening.. its Canary Wharf

they had lots of space but said they had no room for 2 people an no cash point no card payments don't waste your time or money bad customers service

Waited 20 mins for the waiter to take my order. Food was dry and cold, starters and main course just thrown on the table. Asked the waiter for some tap water his reply was "we don't do tap water." I swear isn't that illegal?? First and most definitely the last time I'm going there!!the most over hyped place ever. So bad this is actually the 1st time I'm ever writing a review. Also even the uncles grocery shop takes card payments these days. this place is just awful

The staff is very arrogant. Our food took 50 mins to get to us. Then when one of us asked for a glass of water with the food the staff kept telling the other staff. Basically, no one wanted to go and get it. We had to make a fuss and 5 mins after the fuss we got the glass of water. In summary, very rude and arrogant staff, food wasn't brilliant. Waste of money really. First and last time.

The service is very poor and at times rude and ignorant.. they take your order and you never see them again... and when you chase them they say 2 mins and thats after a 30 min wait... also why don't such organisations take card payments? Dodgy !!.. and shisha is yuk.

Terrible service....cold tasteless food...waiters pressuring you for the 2 hour limit stay on a Saturday night even though there were more than 10 of us! This place needs to learn manners and the etiquette of treating customers right.

Poor service, understaffed and mediocre food. The staff seem to be too caught up with customers sitting outside having seesha, so much so that they forget about customers sitting inside. The door was constantly kept open and one of the staff members, when asked, said the heating inside didn't work! We were there with friends who were visiting from abroad and with toddlers so it wasn't the ideal dining experience. We were all freezing and couldn't take our coats off when eating. To top the night off, a drunk man came crawling inside and threw up right outside the toilet which completely put us off our dinner. The only consolation was £10 being discounted from our bill and that was only done because we had to complain about the experience and ask for some discount as common courtesy. The manager seem completely okay with what happened and mentioned that if we left without eating then that would have made more sense. Overall, it was a horrible experience and wouldn't ever come here again.

Not impressed at all. :( You only get 2 hours for the shisha. we were a group of 5 and we wanted to eat as well, i asked if the 2 hours included us eating the meal and they said yes.. Which frankly did not give us enough time to eat and smoke at the same time, as it would all be rushed. So we decided for eating there instead , and doing the shisha somewhere else to not waste the trip down there... my oh my what a mistake.. Food took for everrrrr , and was crap.... Tastless, very very poor.. Would not go back, do not recommend. The place however is in a nice location, its a no no.

Me and my friend smoke a lot of shisha and have been to quite a few lounges. Then somebody recommended this place. And it was absolutely awful. First of all you can't mix certain flavours but in our local lounges in bham you can. Anyway this wasn't a big issue. The real issue was the stuff and the service the staff are very rude and don't know how to help you. We had problems with the shisha and asked for the head to be changed he point blanked refused just kept changing the coal. We went and spent a lot of money as it isn't cheap but its a waste of time. Also the waiter was very rude also as it was windy the receipt fell on the floor he picked it up slammed it on the table and said you can atleast say thank you. PLEASE AVOID. Not worth the money

Lamb biryani was a sausage grilled, chopped and biryanified. Veg curry had tinned tomatoes drowned in oil. There was sugar in their salt pot and out of 6 of us none of us enjoyed the food. Completely disappointed.

I went there with a group of 14 people and we froze all evening. One of my friends left his food because it was too spicy, another order lamb karahi and god mince meat. I had to ask for napkins and sauces. Then we all ordered shisha and after 20 minutes they slapped our bill on the table and were pushing to chuck us out. While there were still customers in the place they started packing away their tent etc which just make it awkward for everyone and we left. Over all the staff were friendly and fast.

I have been told this place is really nice

I travelled from near Maidstone to go for food last night only to get there and totally froze my ass off I asked the staff if they could shut the sides of the outside area as the heater was not working only to be told they cannot do it!!

Our food was ordered and it was stone cold by the time it hit the table!! I am a real foodie and love trying new places but can honestly say I will not be coming Back here again sorry

No offence to the staff but when you ask for the bill it don't mean you come take our sheesha off us and tell us to pay bill now!! That's dam right rude!!!
