We won one of the competitions a few weeks ago and went tonight for our free pizza and drink. We took the kids and had 3 different pizzas and a child’s meal and I was more than happy with the service and the food was very nice. The egg in a pizza doesn’t sound right but it worked for me. !

See you next month for my steak. !

Took my daughter here for her 10 birthday. Bought our own birthday cake which they brought out at the end of our meal and sang happy birthday to her. Waited 20 minutes tops to be seated then another half hour for food. Food was absolutely lovely, service was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone. �

Me and my boyfriend come here on our first date so I decided to bring him back for our anniversary. I emailed to reserve a table and mentioned it was for our anniversary. The staff were wonderful when we arrived, they gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco and took our picture with the Instagram frame which I just thought was a lovely touch. The service was very good and the food was really tasty and served quickly. Thanks again ��

Visited here on Saturday with a group of us from football. my meal was delish and the kids all loved theirs the service we received from Natasha and Molly was outstanding and we will definitely be returning.

Went for a meal 9 th May 7.00pm, with my Daughter,

Staff were lovely, Drinks expensive, food ok,

But the gravy was absolutely disgusting and I have took a picture of the gravy as it was Thick lumps of gel and the Jam Roly poly was very tasteful but the custard was dripping over the edge of a side plate that the sweet was put on . Unfortunately I won’t be going back and I private messaged you On Wednesday but no feedback so iv had no choice but to put it on your Facebook review

We went for the first time today , probably our last time , I got an aperol spritz , it wasnt mixed so I asked for a straw was told then don’t do straws , we got our starters which were ok except the onion rings which just just covered in oil and soggy , the mains were not much better, my partner said his meal was extremely dry and my main wasn’t to much standard either , we however received the correct food , the mother and daughter on the table next to us were told twice after ordering items were not available so they had to choose something else and then the wrong meals arrived to them , they left without eating ! Service wasn’t the best , for the price Wetherspoons or other pub grub places are 100% better ! Was worth trying as it’s close to us but won’t be visiting again.

We have been here a few times. Each time, we have waited quite a long time for the food to come but when it comes, it is delicious. I am undecided as to whether we will be going again 🤔

Unfortunately we took our grandad and partner here after we had a lovely time last year. We waited an hour for a table, okay. Then spent 45+ waiting for our food after being told they had run out of what we ordered originally. The steak we ordered came rare, after asking for further cooking it returned to the table five minutes later the same state. At this rate my grandads partner had finished eating and other guests food was cold as not to be rude. The waiter was lovely tho and helped best he could. The toilets are also another issue, walked into the ladies to be greeted with a face full of flies which I took a video of because it was appalling. Very unsatisfactory level of food for the price.

So disappointed with our visit to Ten locks yesterday. Food was only warm when it came out so went cold very quickly.Unruly children running around the tables at full volume,had to go for our own cutlery TWICE for our starter and mains,no one came to ask if our meal was ok. Safe to say i don't think i'll be going there again.We were so looking forward to a new pub restaurant opening in Runcorn which is sorely needed.Not happy.

It was awful!! Food just warm, they delivered 2 courses with no cutlery, no call back to see if food was ok, no would you like any condiments, kids literally running round the tables screaming and staff didn’t give a poop. Tables left with dirty dishes for ages. People were leaving and nobody gave a dam. Not a way to run a business I’m pretty sure !!!

I had popped in with my 9 year old grandson. I went to the bar to order I had forgotten it was table service. The girl on the bar took my food and drinks order and brought the drinks over. It wasn't very busy but the food took 25 minutes to come. My Chicken Tikka arrived minus the nan bread but had been replaced with a 2nd poppadom that was dripping with oil. This I was told was the replacement. I had forgotten to ask them not to put tomato on my grandson's burger but it didn't matter it was minus the salad anyway. Previous meals have been great but won't go back in a hurry. I didn't complain because it was only a nan and a missing salad. But it's a shame you don't get what is promised on the menu.

Disappointed today because food has been great other times we’ve been , and I don’t usually complain , but my husbands steak was so undercooked and his meal was so bad he couldn’t eat it , my son didn’t enjoy his meal either , again undercooked , and left most of it . Won’t be going back any time soon , sorry !

Staff didn’t seem to be that bothered . Sorry we didn’t go somewhere else .

Disappointed more than once but thought we'd give it the benefit of the doubt...wish we hadn't. Went for celebratory meal and ordered steak which was apparently on offer. Order any steak meal and receive free drink. (Ask for details) The details were that there's no free drink!?!

Not a great start...then waiting over 30 mins for food when the place was empty!?!

What kind of pub restaurant can’t take £50 notes??? Totally embarrassed my daughter, then my husband! I’m pretty sure they should have a system in place for checking notes??? To then accept it anyway after causing embarrassment, top it off with rubbish burnt yet cold food, we won’t be back! (The note was real by the way!) And no apology?

Went here on a Monday night and the service was so poor. There was 2 adults and 3 kids, we order onion rings to start with and they took an hour to arrive. Main food arrive 10 min after that but only because we complained that the food had taken so long. Avoid unless your happy to wait over an hour for food. I’ll be going to the Springbrook from now on.

Thank you Ten Lock Flight for completely ruining my 25th birthday meal! Mojitos made with full sprigs of wilting, browning mint just shoved in the glass. The staff forgot to serve the dip with my side of fries, forgot to put the dressing on my salad and my mum's 'rare' burger was burnt to a crisp with a stale bun! Literally every part of our meal had something wrong with it and when we asked for a refund the woman who claimed to be the manager, I believe her name was Audrey, initially refused to refund our drinks because she had remade them, even though we hadn't drank them. Eventually she refunded the full amount but her attitude and service was extremely poor and if she is in fact the manager that explains why every part of our dining experience was so terrible. Needless to say I will never be eating there again and recommend that others avoid it also.

Ruined my mum's 80th birthday. After two hours and no service we left and paid for 9 drinks, mostly coke at £47. A joke. Man on the door was rude to all of us especially myself. Nothing on the menu, everything we ordered they didn't have. They gave us a handful of cutlery to set the table ourselves. Cheap napkins, not cloth and at that price I expect alot more. I also want my money back. They kept saying they was busy but I only seen three other tables. I feed ten people every night and do it in thirty mins, even roasts take 90 minutes. Very upset and dissatisfied

Quite possibly the worst dining experience we've had in a long time!



To begin with, we walked in and were met promptly by a polite waiter who informed us of a 30 minute wait time on a table. We hadn't pre booked so were happy to wait half an hour to be seated. However, 70 minutes had passed and we had only just been approached for a table. Despite numerous vacant tables being visible with nobody taking them since we walked in until the point we left. The waiter tried to seat us at a vacant table set up for a party of 8, there were 3 of us which made things slightly uncomfortable. But we accepted due to the time we already waited. Until we discovered our table was within arms distance of a small party with children running around and screaming directly next to us so we were moved to another area of the restaurant at our request.



We hoped this was the end of our small ordeal. But things were apparently just beginning. We were visited approximately 5 minutes after being seated to take our order. We had been sat waiting for some time already so had already worked out what we wanted. But upon placing our orders we were told that our requests were not in stock. "Oh did he not tell you what we don't have"? were the words of the young waitress, before reeling off an impressive list of products missing from their menu without any reasoning. Brief moment later and we re-placed our order for food that was in stock.



Over an hour had again passed and we had to chase up our food. We had only ordered a pizza, burger and smothered chicken so didn't imagine it would take this long for them to deliver to our table. "It's on its way out now", were the exact words. However, another 15 minutes had passed before we saw anything edible appear on our table. The process from walking in to being served at this point stood at an unacceptable 2 hours and 15 minutes.



The burger bun was burnt, my pizza dough was soggy in the centre and the chicken was lukewarm. But at this point we had already had enough but were beyond the point of leaving to find somewhere else. So just decided to eat as quickly as possible and leave.



We had visited this restaurant a couple of times prior and hadn't had many issues. It wasn't great. But it wasn't bad either. But THIS was shocking! Unfortunately for us the damage has been done and we will not be returning.

Im not one to write a facebook review but needs must. My mum got the all clear yesterday after suffering cancer for 3 years, and she wanted to celebrate her good news with a meal. So we chose the ten lock flight. Wrong move. First of all, when we walked in we were greeted with the worst service, i struggle with clastrophobia and always feel i need to sit by a door or window. And the person behind the bar spoke so fast we couldnt understand them. So we asked them to repeat and with attitude they told us we could only sit in a certain area of the pub - which only had about 3 tables - but we found one by a door luckily. But the attitude on the staff was not great. Anyway, my mum ordered her favourite, medium rare steak. When it came, it was completely raw in the middle and she could hardly cut it. She barely touched it and i asked why and she said she just didnt feel hungry. She only told me how disgusting it was when we got home. I said why and she said "well i didnt want to make a fuss the staff looked so busy and didnt want to upset them"

So my poor mother, who only wanted to celebrate with a decent meal, endured a crap experience and didnt say anything to your not very nice staff out of the goodness of her own heart - and because she felt she may possibly get a mouth full of attitude if she did so much as make a complaint. That to me is not on. So here, is my complaint. Pull your socks up, learn how to cook a steak and get some manners. I will be taking my mum out elsewhere for a propper celebratory meal now, one she deserves to enjoy. Thanks.👍
