Very friendly and helpful in the opticians. Told me how they could save me money with offers they can do. I haven't had any staff be rude or unpleasant. Everyone I speak to are always happy to help. Well done everyone at Tesco in Whitfield, I'll still be shopping with you when the new Lidl opens, they don't do loyalty points. The only thing I have to moan about is losing the double your vouchers, I miss that as it was a great help near to christmas.

Great store with plenty of choice and good customer services team

Every little helps !

User

Good store and very nice food... :)

User

Fantastic service provided by the Opticians staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service.

User

Excellent cafe for breakfast.

User

I like tesco, you supplied the specialised firefly chair trolley I requested for my daughter and I'm glad now you have two.

Can I make a suggestion unrelated to the trolley. On hot days can someone say over the tannoy make shoppers aware that leaving dogs or children in hot cars is dangerous. I asked a lady behind customer services desk to do that as a dog was in a car today for 30 minutes. Today was 22°. She said she's not allowed as it's the choice of the shopper.

That's fine, but it's in your car park if a fight breaks out because idiotic customers do silly things like this.

User

Good discounts! Thank You!

A useful place to stock up on the items that you just can't get in France :)

Cafe area tucked away in the furthest corner of the shop from the main entrance where I had a very nice toasted teacake while killing time before I could get a ferry.

User

Tesco is cheap and generally good quality food. It is my 3rd favourite supermarket, but I shop there 9 out of 10 times because of the price, selection and convenience.

User

Getting totally fed up with tassimo milk pods in the latte packs being smashed and leaking, therefore no good to use and costing from £4.49 to £4.99 a pack it's not acceptable! Have taken packs back to store for refunds but sometimes you don't realise there's a problem until you've used 2 or 3 pods therefore they won't refund as you've used some of the product. Maybe staff should be made aware how delicate they are while handling this product! Costing me a fortune!!

User

Went shopping yesterday and saw a member of staff walking around with his mobile phone and other hand in his pocket without a care in the world and then went to the till to pay and listen to some till cashier moaning about the job,

Compared some of the prices and so expensive in Tesco

User

Really slow service in the cafe today. After waiting over half an hour for breakfast, we was told another 20 minutes. I ended up getting a refund

User

Pushing my disabled mum in wheelchair with trolley clamped to chair is difficult enough let alone having to manauver my way around the cages where the staff are stacking the shelves. I understand they need to do it but surely they don't need to leave the cages in the middle of the isles! Staff are always friendly and polite and certainly not their fault as they have to struggle with these huge cages as well. Also had breakfast at the cafe and fried bread was like it had been boiled in fat rather than fried. Was dripping with fat so didn't enjoy breakfast at all. Shame as was lovely last week

User

What ever you do not buy fuel from Tesco Dover they are in a cartel with Hammond BP of Dover if you can Asda at 97.9 Canterbury or Sainsburys of folkestone 99.9

User

Never answer there messages ................. .

User

My husband left my bank card in the machine at the check out

today. A very kind lady attempted to hand it into Customer Services and was told to keep it and post it on Facebook. Absolutely disgusting !!!! Fortunately for me I now have it back. No thanks to Tesco in Dover, but big thanks to the very kind and honest lady.

User

I usually find the staffs friendly n polite but during my shopping trip on 2 Jan 17 1213hrs, I encountered the most unfriendly & unprofessional female staff at the Scan & Shop check out. I asked this female staff for a plastic bag for a wrapped fresh chicken and she just dropped a plastic bag in the trolley without a word with a inappropriate facial expression. I was shocked with her reaction and left with disappointment as this is not the standard of customer service, we (shoppers) look forward to especially at the start of the new year.

This will not divert my trips to Tesco however like the motto of the Company "Every little helps", a smile or polite response from the staff would be nice on our trips there.

User

I shop I Tesco a lot but today I piped in to grab some lunch with my young son waited at the kiosk in line for 5 mins and watched the three members of staff while I waited only one member of staff was serving the other two made themselves look busy paying no attention to the line of customers that was slowly building up when I get to the kiosk I say hello and get ignored stand there in front of a member of staff who wasn't doing much at all but she still didn't look at me once for 5 mins while the other young lady dealt with the gentleman in front of me when it was my turn I say hello and she says nothing! I'm not one for complaining but this was just plain rude! I will no longer be shopping in this store
