We've been here so many times over the years. However, today there was a cashier called Emma who went the extra mile with our daughter who we were buying a birthday cake for. Generally our daughter is shy but Emma asked her lots of questions about her birthday and took a real interest in what our little girl had to say. We all left with a huge smile on our face and she is a real credit to your company. We weren't quite sure how to say thank you so thought we would put it on here. Thank you Emma!

The cafe really was 1st class, the food was very good, presentation very good, service very good, can't praise it enough.

User

Love going to Tesco, always have a snack & latte on my visit staff very friendly in cafe, as are the store staff very friendly & helpful. I'm disabled & use a mobility scooter so notice these things. My problem is with the customers some of which are so rude it beggars belief & it's mainly women who are worse x

User

I found the staff really friendly, especially Liam on the till who was polite and wished us an enjoyable holiday.

User

All great variety of items and their salads are always nice and fresh, I use Tesco's or Morrisons but there's really not much difference between them!

User

we tried the new café the coffee was fine, the rest of our shop was as done in great style. Tina helped me out with a problem on my Tesco mobile phone which I love to check in where I am..

User

The staff were helpful and friendly. I wasn't able to get all the items that i wanted though. Had a drink in the cafe. Clean and bright. Just a shame that there is no view of the outside. I like to people watch whilst I enjoy my latte.

User

I like shopping at Tesco. However, I think that Tesco should enforce the Disabled and Child parking for the right people, and not for Lazy Fatso's in 4x4s that think it's ok to use....NO, they don't even think they just abandon truck.

User

Friendly helpful staff especially in the cafe. Shopping done, had a fab gluten free range on offer that we need for my coeliac son .Also had a fab valet on the car. Thank you Tesco!

User

Well I have a very disappointed daughter we went shopping today and she picked up the Frosties cereal as it said it had a spoon inside but it does not have a spoon, there's no where for me to message anyone so I'm posting here, but my 5yr old now having a melt down. They shouldn't advertise they have a spoon inside if they bloody don't

User

Just a heads up to watch the special offers. I had 2 separate offers (that I noticed) that when I scanned them the offer didn't show up. The lady in the self-service area was very helpful but couldn't get it to work either so had to charge me a reduced price to make it right. Makes you wonder how many are slipping through unnoticed :\ So check before you pay!

User

used Tescos car wash last weekend, and had it rip part of the back of my car off, reported it straight away, to the petrol station, who saw the damage, and then was asked to go over to the main store where the manager filed a report with head office and saw the damage, took pictures.

a week on and received a letter stating 'we will not be paying for damages as our technician has said there is nothing wrong with the car wash'..... CLEARLY THERE WAS! it ripped part of my car off!

I have been told I'm not allowed the CCTV or technicians report.

absolutely disgusting Tescos!!!!!!

User

the surrounding area of tescos especialy briton rd is like rubbish tip,and tĥe staff needs changing on customer service they think they own tĥe store, good riddance tesco we now shop at morrisons, much more friendly and much CLEANER

User

Well Tesco congratulations!

Never would I have believed that following placing my food order as soon as Christmas ordering was opened that you would turn up today with my delivery minus 30 yes 30 items marked as unavailable.

Must be a record.

Totally shoddy service.

Even the poor delivery guy and the call centre operator were embarrassed about it but not the store manager at Clacton. He/she couldn't be bothered to call me back.

0 out of 10 Tesco.

Was disappointed when asked a member of staff if it was Tesco that did the Easter egg inside off another egg with holes in it as my wife see it on the telly, was told it wasn't Tesco that did it only to get home and the the advert myself on the telly, Tesco finest eggs in the basket egg inside an egg, think your staff need to be more clued up on the products you sell

User

Tonight i went into #Tesco Clacton (brook retail park) and got a few bits including these biscuits. As u can tell by the pictures they are reduced cause the box is damaged and open- thats fine. But why on earth is the before date marked for 2014 sorry but were in 2017 coming to 2018!! Its out of date by nearly 4 years if i saw this in the shop i would of gone straight to customer service and reported it. However i only noticed once i was home as mia complained about them. She had 2 biscuits and said they were yucky, so i had a biscuit and noticed they tasted odd. Thats when i looked at the box. I understand reduced items can be damaged, opened or out of date slightly by couple days but by nearly 4 years is a JOKE

User

I'm really angry I normally love tescos but this is the 4th time I have brought bacon from here now for it to be off. The first few times I shrugged it off and thought maybe wasn't kept right or had to long but the 3rd and 4th pack were fresh today and when opened stunk of eggy farts absolutely gutted the kids were really looking forward to having it for dinner

User

I just got a box of Stella from Tesco and half the box was strongbow and there was noway of me to know that they had done this and I think this is illegal!!
