Tesco Superstore

I visited your store yesterday with my 6 month year old daughter. As I have experienced on numerous occasions there were no parent and child bays available. One reason for this is because they are constantly used by people, normally senior in age, who do not have a child and simply want to park closer to store. Yesterday I asked a man who had dropped off his wife and was waiting in his car whilst she shopped to move into another bay. He refused and began waving a fake disabled badge at me (there were free disabled bays). I proceeded to park in a narrow bay and then struggled to even get my child out of the car in her car seat. I returned after shopping, noticing that the store was full of staff including a number of managers, to find this man still parked in a bay watching me again struggle to get my child and shopping in the car. I again suggested he may be more comfortable parking in a free disabled bay to which I was subjected to sexist abuse and was laughed at. This was in the presence of your staff. I am afraid that irrespective of how nice my "shopping experience" may have been the lack of a policy on inconsiderate parkers and actually the parking at this store in general is enough to put me off shopping here again in the foreseeable future.
