Thames Cruises London

Amazing experience, we both really enjoyed. Their dress code isn't enforced though, we felt a bit let down with neighbouring table wearing casual jeans, t-shirts and hoards of shopping bags. But it didn't spoil our evening and would recommend to anyone.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday aboard the Symphony, last Friday. We enjoyed the experience very much - good food , nice wine. Commentary was interesting, but could have been louder (I have good hearing!) so that it could be heard when some diners’ voices became rather loud.

We loved our river cruise . The dining room was elegant. The staff was very efficient and polite. The food was the best we have had on all of our trip. Of course the scenery was beautiful. Well worth the money.

Brilliant! Wanted a great surprise and something different for my wife's 50th birthday, and so booked a dinner cruise. Absolutely perfect and couldn't fault it in anyway! Food was great (hake as main course was perfect, and my wife's chicken dish was also lovely), service was great (waitress was friendly and efficient), the live band and singer were great.....and the view was amazing. Booked a window table and well worth the extra to ensure an uninterrupted view as London glides by! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again!!

This was a surprise 60th birthday present and we were very lucky with a beautiful sunny day. The cruise was very good indeed, the food was of a very high standard and the staff very helpful. The only downside was that it was like being sat in a greenhouse at one stage and there was no aircon on that we noticed. Apart from that it was a great experience and would certainly do it again.

Meal presentation and service was excellent. The food was fabulous! The commentary was well done
Highly recommend this as a way to start your tour of London. You will see more than you ever thought and learn so much of the history of the area. .

This lunch cruise was part of the celebrations for my brothers 60th birthday, his wife's upcoming birthday and her retirement after 25 years as a police officer. This was completely ruined by the temperature on board the boat. Twice I asked staff to increase the air conditioning, but nothing happened, after the second complaint we had to take my brother outside to the rear of the boat to cool down as he had become so hot he felt faint. I then complained to the Duty Manager Valerie, who informed me that the air conditioning was not working. I asked her to put in writing a formal acknowledgement of our complaint about the temperature, which she did. I have a copy of this, which I will make available to anyone asking to see it on social media or any other means.
The response by staff to our complaint, was one of confusion as they were not briefed on what to say or do. No announcements were made to inform everyone of the issue, people were just left to suffer, which in my opinion is extremely poor customer care. We expect some form of compensation from you as we had spent a lot of money for this trip and were very disappointed by the apparent lack of regard for our welfare.

We were pleased with the table location next to the little open area. The food was good but there was an imbalance between the meat and veg portions. Very few potatoes. It took longer than anticipated to get served the desert and coffee with chocolates were rushed at the end. We enjoyed the entertainment and dancing and the night views even when it rained towards the end.
On the down side the dress code was not applied as there were guests in jeans and trainers and hoodies carrying shopping bags.

This place is awesome and very patient with guest. Me and my girlfriend visited London for the first time and we didn't really knew are way around town. Our lunch cruise was suppose to begin at 1pm and I believe that is the time we got there after figuring out which train to catch and locating our ship. The staff we nice enough to let us on after arriving late and they were nothing much super nice to us. The food was AMAZING and the view is very nice. Definitely will have to do this again.

An excellent afternoon on the Thames. This was our second trip with Thames Dinner Cruises, this One being for my husbands "BIG" birthday and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
The food was fabulous, all the staff (on shore and onboard) were first class, service with a smile. If There were anything I would change, I would only suggest that some sort of sun shade was available to pull down at the top of the window on the symphony, as it was brilliant sunshine and it became incredibly hot. But that aside, I would like to say a very big thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

Had wonderful evening on river cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Dinner was superb and provided good gluten free options.
Music was very pleasant and good singer.
Staff were helpful and all in all made good atmosphere.
Views of course were Brill!

Thank you for such an enjoyable experience on my Thames Cruise. Everything was perfect..even the weather..and in terms of value for money I have no complaints whatsoever!! The staff were polite and attentive. The commentary interesting and informative. The food was very very good and the whole cruise was a total pleasure. Thank you!!
