Excellent tour, get to see the sights from a different angle. The boat ride, kids and adults both really enjoyed.
Awful customer service, booked the 10.30 trip round the Thames Barrier two weeks in advance for my Partner's birthday, with such booked elsewhere afterwards. I'm then phoned the day before to say not enough people on the boat so its cancelled, ruining the whole planned day.
Brilliant Experience - Great Staff - Great Time
4 of us went on this in February, all the protective gear was provided, guy doing commentary was excellent, did the 50 minute trip with the bond music. You need to be there about 15 mins early for the breifing and to get the gear on. ( For the reviewer who said they were 10 mins late and the boat had gone ...) Correct, same as any departure Ryanair Easyjet just coz you cannot get there on time why should others have to wait for you ?
My wife's colleagues gave her a ticket as a leaving present. She enjoyed the guided tour as we navigated our way up the Thames. Once we got to quieter waters, the tour guide sat down and the captain took over. That's when the screams started and I had a blast! Literally a white knuckle experience, my hands went numb they were so cold!
Great experience with good commentary and great music. Never to be forgotten.
Great fun with a thrilling ride out to the Thames barrier, especially when the water got choppy and the boat was jumping up and down with some serious air! Also a great way to get outside of the city and see the sights from a different vantage point
Brilliant way to see London - and I'm a Londoner born and bred! Awesome music and very funny and excellent commentary from Andy and Tom. Highly recommended. Would do it at least once a month if I let myself.
I took a friend from Ghana as a surprise to show him London and he loved it. Good for all ages. And especially James Bond fans!
We turnt up 10 minutes late for our £136 Rip boat trip after ringing up saying we were going to be a few minutes late. When we got there they said that we were too late and that they would not rebook us a trip and not give a refund all they offered was a 15% discount if we wanted to pay for the trip again.
