The Arch Wembley Hotel It is located in Wembley and is a 5 minute walk to the Stadium, so if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay for a few days, book at our hotel. We have a restaurant and a beautiful outside terrace for all to enjoy. https://buff.ly/2I2j7oD

We arrived for an event 15 mins before the Champions league final.. the atmosphere was brilliant and as the bar is fenced and gated it is very secure and you feel safe. I didn't try the restaurant but the room was very clean, pretty and a good size for a day or two. My only complaint is that the room was sweltering (obv the weather was not their fault) but a fan or aircon would have helped. If you stay on a Match day ask for a high room.. the noise is pretty loud but with the window shut up on 2nd floor didn't bother me at all. I can imagine it being impossible to sleep on the ground floor however. All of the staff have been lovely.

I visited pre arena event.. it was a perfect pit stop! We were able to park, great food and reasonable drinks for the area.. would definitely recommend and go back ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į.

I arrived and had a few drinks but I had forgotten my inhaler. I ask security but nobody had one. On my return a few hours later the security recognised me straight away and gave me an inhaler. Top notch!!! I could not ask for a more helpful bar and security. Well done and keep up the good work. X

DjŌĆÖed in this venue over the weekend.

Great outdoor area

Ice cold drinks

Food looked amazing

Kind and friendly staff and door men

Positive experience

User

Booked on late rooms and impressed with the welcome and the rate ’┐Į Nice comfortable room

Absolutely brilliant place. Went pre and post match at Wembley yesterday (UP THE MILLERS!) Staff were pleasant and courteous (we were a roudy bunch) But what made it for me was after the match and the way the door staff outside treat my parents. My father is quite ill and struggled to get back to the pub from Wembley after the match (his legs are really bad) and by the time we got there my dad couldnŌĆÖt stand. They made sure he was seated an comfortable and even when our first taxi didnŌĆÖt turn up they made sure he was seated along with my mum where they could see the taxi arrive and shortest walking distance possible to the road.

Even through all the hustle and bustle and the many drunken patrons you had that day their hearts truly were as big and as broad as their shoulders ’┐Į’┐Į

I wish I had got their names but what I can remember is one had silver front teeth and the other told me he regularly drove through West Ruislip-either way both are a credit to your company.

Once again thank you from a London Miller ’┐Į

The atmosphere was great.Plenty of room.Easily accessible toilets.Plastic cups? Not keen. And the price of the drinks?┬Ż5 a pint for Guinness is not too bad.But ┬Ż5 for a pint of Fosters lager shandy-is a rip off.But I could have bought 5 pints for ┬Ż20-but I wouldnt have seen much of the game.Cheers.See you again next year!

Good pub friendly staff

User

Rammed with football fans pints were a fiver each but a good crack though think you need a couple more menŌĆÖs toilets though the queue was 10 minutes long but what do you expect with 1000 pints an hour good security on the gates so no trouble enjoyed the banter

User

Poured us Fosters from the other side of the bar when we ordered Morreti. Tried passing it off as Moretti but a mate clocked him.

User

Nice pub to visit for a pre match drink but when you are driving and on diet coke I don't expect to pay ┬Ż4 for it

User

Decent hotel and just what we needed location wise. The staff were polite and welcoming. The bathroom/shower was great and the room was adequate for our 1 night stay, however, the quilt wasn't big enough for our bed, the bed was probably too big for the room, the drinks were pricey in my opinion (┬Ż5 for a Strongbow and ┬Ż5 for a JD and Coke, ┬Ż8 for a double). Checking in was easy and we were allowed to check in early with no issues. I would use this hotel again for a 1 night stay but not for any longer than that.

User

Expensive pints, taking advantage of football fans and poor selection of real beer. Only serve John smiths bitter on tap, no real ale, staff didn't know what bitter was.

User

Crap service , not enough staff and took too long changing the beer after it went !

Yesterday I was waiting outside the arch on the pavement by some houses to the side of the road for a ride home from a trip I'd been on earlier that day. I waited outside for maybe 15 minutes and for that time the cliental and staff at the Arch continued to leer and make verbal comments making me feel immensely uncomfortable, I turned my back to them whilst pretending to read/call my ride begging them to hurry up. Thereafter two men (both white medium build one was wearing a blue t-shirt brown hair the latter a white polo longish brown hair. Both said they were from Romania) came out of the pub garden and up behind me and pushed me into the corner of the road. The first guy invades my personal space even more introduced himself and started asking about wanting to hook up 'on the basis he was in the city for 2 weeks' WHILST HIS FRIEND FILMED THE WHOLE THING. The first man (blue shirt) stepped even closer making me go into the road and grabbed my book asking what I had learnt from it, at this point I was so close to tears I just said take it and ran across the street (where my ride finally had arrived). Whilst all this went on the staff DID NOTHING even though I was shaking/visibly shaking. The counter argument would be each individuals responsible for their own actions but absolutely noone should be cornered into the side of the road, snuck up upon, harassed, have their belongings snatched of them and FILMED. Utterly disgusted with the lack of competence shown by the staff and the fact it was seen as ok by everyone present these two felt it was ok to intimidate someone when there was more than one of them it wasn't 'banter' it was sexual harassment and it's not ok.

Went in there on Sunday in my wheelchair . when I needed the toilet the disabled toilet was obstructed by a table. The table was moved by two customers. When opening the door the toilet was used to store more tables! So I found a member of staff to move the tables. He went off to find the manager. After about 10 minutes he came over and informed me that the toilet had been blocked since Thursday and mabey I should go to a different pub! Disgusting!
