The Art of Biodanza classes, where the medium is Dance, music and each other, using the Rolando Toro System of Biodanza. The class lasts for an hour and a half, and follows a series of movements in what we call a Vivencia, there are no steps to learn, we just connect to our own rhythm, let go of our worries and concerns, and leave our mind behind and let Biodanza be the playground for dancing our innocence, our playfulness and our creativity, you will connect with some wonderful people, and leave feeling more alive and more joyful, and in time you will find this gift is present in your everyday life.
