🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Come on England! Catch the big game v Panama from Noon today on our theatre and on the big screens

We had my husbands 60th birthday party in the Ballroom. They gave us plenty of time to set up . The staff were really helpful. On the night. The room looked brilliant, the bar staff real good and people didn't have to wait long for their drinks. The food was delicious, we had the hog roast, greek salad pizzas and sweet potato fries . There was even food to take home , which they boxed up for us . Lastly the DJ Hugo , he again was brilliant playing all what we asked for. The dance floor was never empty. It was such a good night that nobody wanted to go home. In the end the bouncer had to kick us out 😂The only negative thing was afew people from another party kept coming into ours , we didn't mind at first until they started to eat our food 😤Then we had to have words . It didn't spoil the night, it just showed our party was fabulous 😍

The service is exceptional. The food is increadible. And i couldn't recommend this place more. Being an aussie dying for a Sunday roast they came to the party and i will not be able to thank them more!

Met my now husband here in 2007. Always the best nights, great memories and the start of a beautiful relationship. And, prior to that, quite a few not so special relationships.

Love this place, traditional style pub with an auditorium at the back. I go for the new music showcases and they're great. Will be back!

I cannot recommend the Bedford anymore for it's amazing location, space, delicious food & drink and most importantly, it's incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! This is the third year my sports club has held it's end of season social here, and there's no doubt we hope this will continue!

Friendly Staff, Variety of alcoholic beverages, great grub. Fantastic company and a real warm welcome! Plus a variety of events for everyone!

Excellent Venue. We put our first gig on there yesterday for 'Mind Over Matter'. An event where we discuss Mental Health through Spoken Word and Hip Hop.



An excellent space and the staff, especially Luke 'The Sound Guy', were all friendly, helpful and helped make the night what it was. We hope to come back soon.

Awesome venue. Had my birthday party here, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the food was delicious, the music was perfect for my crowd. Only downside were the loos towards the last part of the evening.

The Bedford is a fantastic venue for music, though renowned for it's comedy club, the stage lends itself to an intimate music arena. They should make more of this!!! Good beer, reasonably priced for London, and the food is not bad either. A little more promotion on the pubs side and it could be full every weekend

It's a busy, bustling, fun, music venue.

I arrived mid afternoon on a Tuesday, and to be honest there was a smell of fried food in the air which was not pleasant so I did Starbucks instead, sadly.

I found the Wi-Fi unstable as well, which forced me elsewhere.

The staff are great - friendly and efficient.

Just need the extractor fan to work better & extra routers?!

Had good night at John Allen, but for the people that thought it a good idea to stand right in front of us, when we were Sat down at the back behind the sound desk. Food was good, but menu not extensive. Nice to be able to eat in the venue, although reserved tables annoying. Should be 1st come basis. In all good, not brilliant.

Excellent night. Bar staff were very friendly. Food was fantastic. They would've been awarded 5 stars if they'd barred the jumped up prat who was shouting to the bar staff that I'd pushed in at the bar.

Accidentally hit the rate thing as have only been there once. But I do remember thinking "what a cool venue. Would love to play here".

I dont agree with charging people more for their drinks just because they are attending an event in a function room as you have made money on room hire and food provided. Toilets are horrible. And the dj who i hope was provided by you was terrible.

Went to a private party there. Shocking service. Not enough staff, no clean glasses, no tables cleared, food served was not what the hosts wanted (despite specific instructions) and worst of all, the bar tender that was on duty was completely drunk. Such a shame for the hosts. No apology. Really really poor.

The customer service is dreadful. Members of management do not know how to manage and are rude. I attended an event here and I have to say I was totally shocked at the lack of health and safety and customer service. Really disappointed!
