We run our Better Body Programme from our private studio in Tooting Bec. We offer small group personal training sessions catering for women 35 + who want to regain their fitness and confidence alongside other women with the same goals.

For over 10 years AG Personal Fitness, winner of Wandsworth Business Award Best Sport and Leisure, has given direction and structure to hundreds of hard working busy South London and Surrey Professionals to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle, which enables them to be the best they can be in all aspects of their life.

We are a strength and conditioning focused studio so unlike other studios and gyms who leave you feeling broken and injured with no personalisation and a one size fits all approach, we focus on our client’s individual needs and give the personal attention required to achieve optimum, long term results. , all within a close supportive community.

Banana chocolate chip quinoa bars🍌🍌
... 100g ripe banana 100g (uncooked weight) quinoa, cooked according to packet instructions and drained well 100g oats (use gluten free if preferred) 90g crunchy peanut butter (or use nut butter of your choice) 45g flaxseed 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 30g dried chopped dates 1 tsp ground cinnamon a small pinch of sea salt a pinch of baking powder 30g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), roughly chopped
Makes 9 bars
Per bar: 220 calories 12g fat 22g carbs 6g protein
Preheat oven to 170 ̊C/350 ̊F. Line the base of a 15x15cm baking tin with baking paper.
Mash the banana thoroughly in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mixwell.
Transfer the mixture to the baking tin. Spread the mixture out and level off the surface with a spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centre is firm.
Allow to cool in the tin. Cut into 9 squares.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze on same day.

Thanks to the semi private sessions with AG Fitness that I’ve been doing since the summer, I’ve rediscovered my love for exercising (which had disappeared for quite a while) and I’ve made new friends. The old me would have never gone to the gym on my birthday or walked in the driving rain to get to the studio because it makes me feel healthier (and i would NEVER have imagined that I’d be close to deadlifting 70kg in the space of a few months!) The classes are varied and everyone is so supportive of each other, no matter your level of fitness. With regular reviews to monitor your progress and assess your goals and a fab food programme to follow, I’d be more than happy to recommend AG to friends and family in SW London.

I’ve really enjoyed AG’s semi-private sessions. I started them twice weekly because I needed something structured to keep me motivated - I’ve never been what you would call a gym bunny! - and found myself actively looking forward to the sessions. Great instructors - totally implacable, they don’t let you get away with less than your best efforts, but they’re supportive and onside and great fun to work with. I’m having to take a break for the next few months but I’ll be back.

It's been about two months since I have joined AG Personal Fitness and been working out twice weekly with Krisztian as well as talking to Ashley weekly about my food intake. To say that I am not a natural in the gym is an understatement.

At 64, overweight and severely unfit my bespoke programme has taken account of my limited abilities and Krisztian's intelligent and intuitive coaching has already increased my confidence. With Ashley we discuss achievable long term goals--sensible weight loss which will then improve my working out skills. I am grateful for the patience and thoughtfulness of both Ashley and Krisztian and know that it is up to me to listen and learn from them in order to improve my health and well being. I am really pleased that I have joined AG Personal Fitness, as are my family and friends.(Especially my 87 year old Dad in Toronto who lifts weights every morning in the gym at his condo--he's especially proud of me!)

I wasn't sure a Zumba class would be a good enough work out, how wrong I was. They are the best way to get fit and toned In a fun and friendly environment. I've been attending AG zumba classes for over two years, there's the choice of 3 classes per week. They are fantastic and exhausting. Such a great atmosphere and a really great work out. I also took part in one of the 21day challenges which totally changed the way I eat and exercise. I lost 9cm from my waist and have kept it off.

I was so nervous when I joined as I had never done any exercise like this before. I need not have worried as the trainers were really understanding and encouraging and I went at my own pace without feeling any pressure from those around me. It’s such a friendly group of people who are very supportive of each other. I love the fact that every session is different and the time flies by. I am doing 2 sessions a week and it suits my busy lifestyle perfectly. I’ve seen amazing results, I’ve changed my eating habits and I am much more confident about myself. I was a regular at Ashley's Zumba classes and smart group training keeping myself fit but I wanted to push myself that extra step to achieve an all over healthy body and mindset. I knew I wanted to make this change but needed advice on workouts suited to me and support to keep me going. I started with the 8week fit and lean programme and saw instant results that I was amazed with. In that short time I was introduced to the world of kettle bells and was given some great nutrition advice. The results I achieved in just 8weeks easily convinced me to take up semi private sessions on a regualr basis.

I loved the semi private sessions where attention to detail was aimed at a small class of up to 4 people. I really felt the benefit of that smaller group and semi tailored classes. The instructors were fantastic and I made a great group of friends who helped keep everyone motivated and to keep us all going through the challenging fitness tests! The results I hvae come away with are amazing and the sense of achievement I have got from the semi private wont be forgotten and I will be keeping up with the exercises I have learnt for a long time coming.

I started with Tag and Ash over a year ago. Since then my weight has gone down, my diet has improved and my general health is so much better. They are able to personalise the training in a small group setting which is unique and incredibly beneficial. Try it out and see for yourself.

I started Ashley's Zumba classes about 5 years ago and loved them! I've also most recently joined AG's semi-private training sessions twice a week. I love these sessions, as all the PT's take the time to correct posture/positions to make sure there's no injuries. Every class is different so definitely keeps it interesting (kettle bells, dead lifts...).

I also have regular health reviews to discuss nutrition and track fitness levels progress. The best part is that I've lost 5.5 kilos (11.5 lbs) in 2 months!!! Super pleased, therefore, can highly recommend trying out these sessions.

I only had 2.5months with Ashley and the team as am moving out of London but what I have managed to achieve in that time has been amazing!

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain and hyper mobility and really needed to build up my strength. Not only do I feel stronger and have significantly less pain but I am more toned and have lost just under a stone!

I would highly recommended joining Ashley and his team and don’t worry about what fitness level, weight or ailments you may have as everyone there (including the other people in the class!) was so lovely and supportive and we all got through the classes with determination and a good laugh!

I’m very sad to not be able to carry on training with them but am hoping he will branch out to Guildford soon!

I joined the semi-private group in the summer this year after taking a long time out from exercise due to injury. I was wary of hurting myself further but this has allowed me to get back to exercise with the safety of having someone there to guide me through and give me advice on different exercises to the ones I still can’t do! The trainers are great (Shout out to Jamie and Gerry) and make it fun as well as a hard workout. Every week is different and I feel so much better for getting back in the gym. The semi-private crowd is a great group of people and the hour sessions fly past! One of the best decisions I made was to invest in my health and well being and it’s paying off as I’m seeing some great results and I actually look forward to going training!

I joined AG Fitness very tentatively, having anxiety about the way I looked and having tried and failed previously to lose weight and get results. I also was suffering from allergies that were making my life a bit of a misery.

However after getting through the door I soon realised it was a great vibe, no judgement and a little community.

I had my induction at the end of November and started 2 days a week from December onwards. The support from Ashley and the team has been a great help to me and between us we have found a great plan that really works for me.

So I’m nearly 3 months in and have already lost nearly 1 & 1/2 stone and am no longer suffer from allergies and feel much healthier and fitter than I did and this is just the start of my journey!

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough 😊✌🏼

I highly recommend AG Personal Fitness. The trainers are brilliant, the sessions are always different and they get you to work hard, but have a lot of fun. The exercises are easily changed to suit your fitness level, so it does not matter how fit or unfit you are you will improve if you stick with it. My fitness has improved +++ and I have lost weight and inches off my waist. Give it a try you will benefit hugely.

I have known Ashley a little bit through his Zumba in the Park classes a few summers ago. Recently I joined up for the semi personal group sessions and I am absolutely loving them. More affordable, quite social, and small enough for real focus on technique and personal goals. The studio means we can use more weights and I'm learning all sorts! (kettle bells, olympic lifting techniques, crazy stretches that feel really good and lots of mobility movements which are ideal for my damaged back). I highly recommend - all fitness/ strength levels can work together in the sessions, which is great. Thank you.

I have been training with AG Personal Fitness for three years, both Zumba classes and one to one sessions with Ash and Tag. Both are really knowledgeable trainers who know their stuff and love what they do. My strength and fitness have both really improved and I never would have had the courage to tackle kettle bells and barbell training without their encouragement and now I love strength training! I would really recommend AG Fitness to anyone trying to improve their fitness or loose weight.

I did Personal Training with Ash and Tag for a year ending in Nov 2016 with tremendous results - lost more than 2 stone and had a massive improvement in core strength and nutrition. Never thought I would actually pick up a kettlebell, never mind swing one. And Boxing...Had moved to Hampton so thought would try a local fitness company instead, but it just didn't suit me - too impersonal. So I am back with AG Personal Fitness doing semi private training and really love it - groups just the right size to ensure you are doing the routines correctly and have a bit of a laugh at the same time. Really motivational. Thanks guys.

I began my AG Personal Fitness journey over two years ago. I started out with Zumba classes which I absolutely love. I then last year started bootcamp classes where I met really lovely people which made the workouts fun. More recently I started SGT which initially I found tough but once I began to gain strength and technique I really benefitted from the classes. It is an all over body workout. The instructors are all fantastic, each with their own flair for teaching the classes. I would recommend joining to anyone if you want to become stronger, fitter, have more energy and best of all - see results!

After my operation I thought that it would be impossible for me to get back into shape and you proved me wrong. Also you have a fabulous team Gerry Finn and Krisztián Zagyva are the trainers I’ve been working with. They are not only knowledgeable but also push you in a gentle and positive way. I really have enjoyed my sessions.

I have gradually been loosing size and weight. It has been nice and controlled and I don’t feel deprived of any food at all.

Great place. I’ve always struggled with routine and motivation (and knowing what exercises to do!). I get bored easily and was always intimidated at the gym especially around the weights section - AG Fitness is small groups, friendly atmosphere, non judgmental and the personal trainers are a lot of fun and good at keeping you motivated. I’m so much fitter and toned now than I ever was without working yourself to exhaustion. It’s not the cheapest but probably the best in terms of value for money given you do actually see results. Thanks for helping me!

It’s such a friendly group of people who are very supportive of each other. I love the fact that every session is different and the time flies by. I loved the semi private sessions where attention to detail was aimed at a small class of up to 4 people. I really felt the benefit of that smaller group and semi tailored classes. The instructors were fantastic and I made a great group of friends who helped keep everyone motivated and to keep us all going through the challenging fitness tests! The results I hvae come away with are amazing and the sense of achievement I have got from the semi private wont be forgotten and I will be keeping up with the exercises I have learnt for a long time coming.

I love these sessions, as all the PT's take the time to correct posture/positions to make sure there's no injuries. Every class is different so definitely keeps it interesting (kettle bells, dead lifts...).

I also have regular health reviews to discuss nutrition and track fitness levels progress. The best part is that I've lost 5.5 kilos (11.5 lbs) in 2 months!!! Super pleased, therefore, can highly recommend trying out these sessions.

I only had 2.5months with Ashley and the team as am moving out of London but what I have managed to achieve in that time has been amazing!

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain and hyper mobility and really needed to build up my strength. Not only do I feel stronger and have significantly less pain but I am more toned and have lost just under a stone!

I would highly recommended joining Ashley and his team and don’t worry about what fitness level, weight or ailments you may have as everyone there (including the other people in the class!) was so lovely and supportive and we all got through the classes with determination and a good laugh!

I’m very sad to not be able to carry on training with them but am hoping he will branch out to Guildford soon!

I joined the semi-private group in the summer this year after taking a long time out from exercise due to injury. I was wary of hurting myself further but this has allowed me to get back to exercise with the safety of having someone there to guide me through and give me advice on different exercises to the ones I still can’t do! The trainers are great (Shout out to Jamie and Gerry) and make it fun as well as a hard workout. Every week is different and I feel so much better for getting back in the gym. The semi-private crowd is a great group of people and the hour sessions fly past! One of the best decisions I made was to invest in my health and well being and it’s paying off as I’m seeing some great results and I actually look forward to going training!

However after getting through the door I soon realised it was a great vibe, no judgement and a little community.

I had my induction at the end of November and started 2 days a week from December onwards. The support from Ashley and the team has been a great help to me and between us we have found a great plan that really works for me.

So I’m nearly 3 months in and have already lost nearly 1 & 1/2 stone and am no longer suffer from allergies and feel much healthier and fitter than I did and this is just the start of my journey!

I have known Ashley a little bit through his Zumba in the Park classes a few summers ago. Recently I joined up for the semi personal group sessions and I am absolutely loving them. More affordable, quite social, and small enough for real focus on technique and personal goals. The studio means we can use more weights and I'm learning all sorts! (kettle bells, olympic lifting techniques, crazy stretches that feel really good and lots of mobility movements which are ideal for my damaged back). I highly recommend - all fitness/ strength levels can work together in the sessions, which is great. Thank you.

Both are really knowledgeable trainers who know their stuff and love what they do. My strength and fitness have both really improved and I never would have had the courage to tackle kettle bells and barbell training without their encouragement and now I love strength training! I did Personal Training with Ash and Tag for a year ending in Nov 2016 with tremendous results - lost more than 2 stone and had a massive improvement in core strength and nutrition. Never thought I would actually pick up a kettlebell, never mind swing one. And Boxing...Had moved to Hampton so thought would try a local fitness company instead, but it just didn't suit me - too impersonal. So I am back with AG Personal Fitness doing semi private training and really love it - groups just the right size to ensure you are doing the routines correctly and have a bit of a laugh at the same time. Great place. I’ve always struggled with routine and motivation (and knowing what exercises to do!). I get bored easily and was always intimidated at the gym especially around the weights section - AG Fitness is small groups, friendly atmosphere, non judgmental and the personal trainers are a lot of fun and good at keeping you motivated. I’m so much fitter and toned now than I ever was without working yourself to exhaustion. It’s not the cheapest but probably the best in terms of value for money given you do actually see results. Thanks to the semi private sessions with AG Fitness that I’ve been doing since the summer, I’ve rediscovered my love for exercising (which had disappeared for quite a while) and I’ve made new friends. The old me would have never gone to the gym on my birthday or walked in the driving rain to get to the studio because it makes me feel healthier (and i would NEVER have imagined that I’d be close to deadlifting 70kg in the space of a few months!) The classes are varied and everyone is so supportive of each other, no matter your level of fitness. I’ve really enjoyed AG’s semi-private sessions. I started them twice weekly because I needed something structured to keep me motivated - I’ve never been what you would call a gym bunny! - and found myself actively looking forward to the sessions. It's been about two months since I have joined AG Personal Fitness and been working out twice weekly with Krisztian as well as talking to Ashley weekly about my food intake. To say that I am not a natural in the gym is an understatement.

At 64, overweight and severely unfit my bespoke programme has taken account of my limited abilities and Krisztian's intelligent and intuitive coaching has already increased my confidence. With Ashley we discuss achievable long term goals--sensible weight loss which will then improve my working out skills. I am grateful for the patience and thoughtfulness of both Ashley and Krisztian and know that it is up to me to listen and learn from them in order to improve my health and well being. I am really pleased that I have joined AG Personal Fitness, as are my family and friends.(Especially my 87 year old Dad in Toronto who lifts weights every morning in the gym at his condo--he's especially proud of me!)

I get bored easily and was always intimidated at the gym especially around the weights section - AG Fitness is small groups, friendly atmosphere, non judgmental and the personal trainers are a lot of fun and good at keeping you motivated. I’m so much fitter and toned now than I ever was without working yourself to exhaustion. It’s not the cheapest but probably the best in terms of value for money given you do actually see results. Thanks to the semi private sessions with AG Fitness that I’ve been doing since the summer, I’ve rediscovered my love for exercising (which had disappeared for quite a while) and I’ve made new friends. The old me would have never gone to the gym on my birthday or walked in the driving rain to get to the studio because it makes me feel healthier (and i would NEVER have imagined that I’d be close to deadlifting 70kg in the space of a few months!) The classes are varied and everyone is so supportive of each other, no matter your level of fitness. With regular reviews to monitor your progress and assess your goals and a fab food programme to follow, I’d be more than happy to recommend AG to friends and family in SW London.

I’ve really enjoyed AG’s semi-private sessions. I started them twice weekly because I needed something structured to keep me motivated - I’ve never been what you would call a gym bunny! - and found myself actively looking forward to the sessions. Great instructors - totally implacable, they don’t let you get away with less than your best efforts, but they’re supportive and onside and great fun to work with. I’m having to take a break for the next few months but I’ll be back.

It's been about two months since I have joined AG Personal Fitness and been working out twice weekly with Krisztian as well as talking to Ashley weekly about my food intake. To say that I am not a natural in the gym is an understatement.

At 64, overweight and severely unfit my bespoke programme has taken account of my limited abilities and Krisztian's intelligent and intuitive coaching has already increased my confidence. With Ashley we discuss achievable long term goals--sensible weight loss which will then improve my working out skills. I am grateful for the patience and thoughtfulness of both Ashley and Krisztian and know that it is up to me to listen and learn from them in order to improve my health and well being. I am really pleased that I have joined AG Personal Fitness, as are my family and friends.(Especially my 87 year old Dad in Toronto who lifts weights every morning in the gym at his condo--he's especially proud of me!)

I wasn't sure a Zumba class would be a good enough work out, how wrong I was. They are the best way to get fit and toned In a fun and friendly environment. I've been attending AG zumba classes for over two years, there's the choice of 3 classes per week. They are fantastic and exhausting. Such a great atmosphere and a really great work out. I also took part in one of the 21day challenges which totally changed the way I eat and exercise. I lost 9cm from my waist and have kept it off.

I was so nervous when I joined as I had never done any exercise like this before. I need not have worried as the trainers were really understanding and encouraging and I went at my own pace without feeling any pressure from those around me. It’s such a friendly group of people who are very supportive of each other. I love the fact that every session is different and the time flies by. I am doing 2 sessions a week and it suits my busy lifestyle perfectly. I’ve seen amazing results, I’ve changed my eating habits and I am much more confident about myself. It’s been an amazing journey to date. Highly recommended!

I was a regular at Ashley's Zumba classes and smart group training keeping myself fit but I wanted to push myself that extra step to achieve an all over healthy body and mindset. I knew I wanted to make this change but needed advice on workouts suited to me and support to keep me going. I started with the 8week fit and lean programme and saw instant results that I was amazed with. In that short time I was introduced to the world of kettle bells and was given some great nutrition advice. The results I achieved in just 8weeks easily convinced me to take up semi private sessions on a regualr basis.

I loved the semi private sessions where attention to detail was aimed at a small class of up to 4 people. I really felt the benefit of that smaller group and semi tailored classes. The instructors were fantastic and I made a great group of friends who helped keep everyone motivated and to keep us all going through the challenging fitness tests! The results I hvae come away with are amazing and the sense of achievement I have got from the semi private wont be forgotten and I will be keeping up with the exercises I have learnt for a long time coming.

I started with Tag and Ash over a year ago. Since then my weight has gone down, my diet has improved and my general health is so much better. They are able to personalise the training in a small group setting which is unique and incredibly beneficial. Try it out and see for yourself.

I started Ashley's Zumba classes about 5 years ago and loved them! I've also most recently joined AG's semi-private training sessions twice a week. I love these sessions, as all the PT's take the time to correct posture/positions to make sure there's no injuries. Every class is different so definitely keeps it interesting (kettle bells, dead lifts...).

I also have regular health reviews to discuss nutrition and track fitness levels progress. The best part is that I've lost 5.5 kilos (11.5 lbs) in 2 months!!! Super pleased, therefore, can highly recommend trying out these sessions.

I only had 2.5months with Ashley and the team as am moving out of London but what I have managed to achieve in that time has been amazing!

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain and hyper mobility and really needed to build up my strength. Not only do I feel stronger and have significantly less pain but I am more toned and have lost just under a stone!

I would highly recommended joining Ashley and his team and don’t worry about what fitness level, weight or ailments you may have as everyone there (including the other people in the class!) was so lovely and supportive and we all got through the classes with determination and a good laugh!

I’m very sad to not be able to carry on training with them but am hoping he will branch out to Guildford soon!

I joined the semi-private group in the summer this year after taking a long time out from exercise due to injury. I was wary of hurting myself further but this has allowed me to get back to exercise with the safety of having someone there to guide me through and give me advice on different exercises to the ones I still can’t do! The trainers are great (Shout out to Jamie and Gerry) and make it fun as well as a hard workout. Every week is different and I feel so much better for getting back in the gym. The semi-private crowd is a great group of people and the hour sessions fly past! One of the best decisions I made was to invest in my health and well being and it’s paying off as I’m seeing some great results and I actually look forward to going training!

I joined AG Fitness very tentatively, having anxiety about the way I looked and having tried and failed previously to lose weight and get results. I also was suffering from allergies that were making my life a bit of a misery.

However after getting through the door I soon realised it was a great vibe, no judgement and a little community.

I had my induction at the end of November and started 2 days a week from December onwards. The support from Ashley and the team has been a great help to me and between us we have found a great plan that really works for me.

So I’m nearly 3 months in and have already lost nearly 1 & 1/2 stone and am no longer suffer from allergies and feel much healthier and fitter than I did and this is just the start of my journey!

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough 😊✌🏼

I highly recommend AG Personal Fitness. The trainers are brilliant, the sessions are always different and they get you to work hard, but have a lot of fun. The exercises are easily changed to suit your fitness level, so it does not matter how fit or unfit you are you will improve if you stick with it. My fitness has improved +++ and I have lost weight and inches off my waist. Give it a try you will benefit hugely.

I have known Ashley a little bit through his Zumba in the Park classes a few summers ago. Recently I joined up for the semi personal group sessions and I am absolutely loving them. More affordable, quite social, and small enough for real focus on technique and personal goals. The studio means we can use more weights and I'm learning all sorts! (kettle bells, olympic lifting techniques, crazy stretches that feel really good and lots of mobility movements which are ideal for my damaged back). I highly recommend - all fitness/ strength levels can work together in the sessions, which is great. Thank you.

I have been training with AG Personal Fitness for three years, both Zumba classes and one to one sessions with Ash and Tag. Both are really knowledgeable trainers who know their stuff and love what they do. My strength and fitness have both really improved and I never would have had the courage to tackle kettle bells and barbell training without their encouragement and now I love strength training! I would really recommend AG Fitness to anyone trying to improve their fitness or loose weight.

I did Personal Training with Ash and Tag for a year ending in Nov 2016 with tremendous results - lost more than 2 stone and had a massive improvement in core strength and nutrition. Never thought I would actually pick up a kettlebell, never mind swing one. And Boxing...Had moved to Hampton so thought would try a local fitness company instead, but it just didn't suit me - too impersonal. So I am back with AG Personal Fitness doing semi private training and really love it - groups just the right size to ensure you are doing the routines correctly and have a bit of a laugh at the same time. Really motivational. Thanks guys.

I began my AG Personal Fitness journey over two years ago. I started out with Zumba classes which I absolutely love. I then last year started bootcamp classes where I met really lovely people which made the workouts fun. More recently I started SGT which initially I found tough but once I began to gain strength and technique I really benefitted from the classes. It is an all over body workout. The instructors are all fantastic, each with their own flair for teaching the classes. I would recommend joining to anyone if you want to become stronger, fitter, have more energy and best of all - see results!

Hi Ashley Ashley Green just wanted to thank you for all your guidance and encouragement. After my operation I thought that it would be impossible for me to get back into shape and you proved me wrong. Also you have a fabulous team Gerry Finn and Krisztián Zagyva are the trainers I’ve been working with. They are not only knowledgeable but also push you in a gentle and positive way. I really have enjoyed my sessions.

I have gradually been loosing size and weight. It has been nice and controlled and I don’t feel deprived of any food at all.
