We usually go for pre drinks before we have a curry but the curry went right out the window because they had a DJ so spent the night dancing away had a great time just seemed a shame it wasn't that busy the staff were all friendly and had a little boogie behind the bar !! My head is suffering this morning lol

Best doormen and bar staff. We live around the corner and come here every couple of weeks and always have so much fun and the warmest welcome. I would recommend this as a great chilled but fun bar. There's room to dance and room to sit and the drinks are good value. After 12 years in London, this is a bloody awesome local!!

Chilled, exciting, great staff and terific ales and food, I couldnt ask for more from a local.

Not a bad spot in Dulwich, only been during the day, when it can be one a little overcrowded with littluns, but a good selection of drinks, and the menu's always looked pretty decent. Just don't sit on Clarence's seat, he's the resident Weimaraner, and he's huge.

I ordered the beetroot and Goats cheese salad and a soup with a poached egg on.

The poached egg was solid (sunk in the soup) should of been runny or at least asked how I would of liked it cooked.

The GC salad was pathetic dull and £8 is over priced for what you get.

I complained twice, to which a guy shrugged his shoulders.

I live in the area and I know pubs like this live on word and mouth reputation.

It's a shame had I of been managed correctly at the time, I wouldn't have left with a bitter taste in my mouth and be writing this.

With the competition in the area I would advise to avoid!!!!

User

staff are really unfriendly than edt. they don't know how to talk with people.
