Thanks to all the victory-curled forties starlets and handsome soldiers that joined us for the Blitz Party D-Day Special on Saturday. Next on the agenda, London's most eccentric garden party The Chap Olympiad 2018 on Saturday 14th July in Bedford Square Gardens.
If you haven't been so lucky to secure nylons from your friendly, local American GI, remember you can always make do with gravy browning... just be careful of passing any canine types!

Following on from the last photo of Betty, we're having a debate in the bunker. Is this a hairdo or a hairDON'T?
A trio of our favourite bars to enjoy vintage-style cocktail sipping, before The Blitz Party D-Day Special: Fontaine's, Reverend JW Simpson & Cahoots London.
Now that's what we call an updo!
No party is complete without a fortifying cocktail menu.
The Blitz Shake 20ml of vodka with 10ml elderflower cordial and 10ml fresh lemon juice with ice and strain into a champagne glass. Top with bubbles and serve with a smile.
Very well organized. It was lovely to have my hair done there. Good atmosphere. Love band music in other rooms. Will look forward to going again.
The best party I have ever been to. Fantastic atmosphere. Amazing music and dancing. Will most certainly be returning.
Such an Amazing night out in London Town. It was something completely different from anything iv'e ever been to and enjoyed every step as we danced through the night!
One of the best organized amd unoque events I have been to in a very long time
One of the best nights out I've ever had. Great vibes, great dancing and music.
Me, my boyfriend and another couple came to celebrate NYE last night and it was our first time to anything like this, baring in mind we are in our 20’s. You are made to feel as though you are actually back in the 1940’s as soon as you walk through the door! (Even has the husky smell �) everyone makes an effort with their outfits and the live band was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly and the whole design of the venue was brilliant! There was detail made into every last inch! If you are thinking of doing some out of your comfort zone next year this is the place!
It was like being in a film. Epic venue, theme and atmosphere. Sing and swing the night away
I have 2 tickets for sale for the 8th.. PM me if you're interested. £25 each of 2 for £40.
I had such a blast with my school friends! We danced from start to finish and thoroughly enjoyed everyone's company and costumes!

Couldn't get over how fantastic everyone looked! Great music and great night :-)
Brilliant atmosphere, everyone made 100% effort to look the part and the venue had little authentic touches. The music was great and the swing dancing was loads of fun. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made sure we could get home safely due to the London Bridge situation. The drinks were reasonably priced, I wouldn't class them as London prices. £7 for a double vodka and mixer. Make sure you book tickets to the next one and put your dancing shoes on! We loved it �

I had an amazing night with my sister & friends. We danced until 2am. Amazing atmosphere & friendly bar staff who were checking people were ok with regards to what had happened in London. Bouncers checked we knew how to get home safe at the end of the night as well

A wonderful NYE Blitz party last night... great staff. Really couldn't improve on them! From the bar staff to the lovely lady in the ladies toilet, to the fabulous champagne lady with her magical sparkly red lipstick, the man who made those yummy cheese and pickle sandwiches , the guys looking after our coats, OBVIOUSLY the amazing music....musicians and singers..... and last but definately not least , the doorman who helped us find our Uber car amongst the crowds! An absolute gentleman and proves you can do security with charm!
If I was to make any criticism at all, it was simply that as 3 single ladies, not attending its partners, we didn't get to dance very much as most seemed with their partners. The dance floor was also incredibly crowded...... BUT everyone looked AMAZING!!!!
