What a perfect hotel, staff, food, drinks, location, I could go on. First visit and most definately not our last. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and amazing 10/10 * in all areas - see you soon .

User

What a fantastic hotel - steeped in history. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect and so tastefully designed. We loved the original features within the hotel. The club bar was truly like stepping back to the 1930’s. The terrace restaurant service and food was exemplary. The room was tidied and our beds turned down whilst we were out at the theatre - which was truly appreciated on our return. Would love to stay again in the future - thank you 😊

We recently traveled from the US to Scotland for my wedding and spent two days in London at The Bloomsbury. I can not recommend it enough. The service was outstanding, rooms clean and roomy, and you can’t beat the location.

User

The Bloomsbury Hotel is my very favorite hotel in Europe. They greet you with sincerity, offer you warm, wet cloths when coming back from a long day, remember you name, the rooms are well appointed and have very comfortable beds and the Coral room Art Deco bar is fantastic! I highly recommend this beautiful upscale hotel. ♥️♥️♥️

User

My girlfriend and I came here for her birthday and we loved it. The rooms were spot on and cleaned twice a day. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. A big shout out to the manager, Sebastian who hand delivered a bottle of prosecco to our room on the house to celebrate my girlfriends birthday.

User

Just returned home after an overnight stay at The Bloomsbury for my birthday. The hotel was fabulous! Check in wasn't until 2pm but we arrived at 9am after taking an early train from Newcastle as we wanted to spend the day in London. We were hoping to drop our bags off but our room was ready so they allowed us to check in early, not only that but we were given a free upgrade to a suite!

The room itself was gorgeous, done to an impeccably high standard & spotlessly clean.

All of the staff were lovely, could not have done anymore for us - so impressed by the level of customer service!

We had drinks in The Coral Room on the night, yummy cocktails & fantastic service yet again!

Breakfast was included with our rate & I couldn't fault it! Lovely!

I cannot speak highly enough about this place - we had an amazing stay & would recommend to anyone!

User

I have to thank the Manager, Sebastian for his professionalism, kindness and effort in ensuring our stay was a happy one. We hit a bump in the road when a holiday party in the hotel got a bit loud. But the mark of a professional is making sure a guest is happy and he made every effort to be sure moving forward everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend a suite for your stay. The staff are all so very kind, polite and helpful. We will surely stay at the hotel again. Sebastian is both a gentleman and a professional.

User

Had a wonderful stay at The Bloomsbury air con rooms great breakfast staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you. will stop again when i'm in London

User

Great Hotel. I don't normally write reviews, however I've stayed in a few London hotels and i really did enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and very attentative. The rooms spotless and tastefully decorated, though, the bathroom was a tad small. I had a great night sleep, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with a varied choice from superfood smoothies to full English and plenty of options inbetween. I cant wait to stay here again.

User

Fantastic hotel! Each and everyone of the staff were happy and smiley (makes a change) and never slept in a more comfortable bed! Room spotless, plus excellent location - highly recommend 🤗

User

Amazing venue and service. we were a party of 7 and really enjoyed our night out. Staff is super professional and kind and a particular shout out goes to Brian who perfectly sorted out a problem we had we our reservation. Everything worked out just fine! thank you!

User

Recently stayed at the hotel. The front desk staff was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Had drinks in the bar before heading out to dinner and then ate brunch on Sunday. This however is where they need to work on service. Waiter in bar very inattentive more interested in dancing around the room. Brunch service was very disorganized. I may stay at the hotel again but not take advantage of the bar or restaurant. It is a shame because it really is a lovely outdoor patio.

User

Lovely rooms, cozy and comfortable feeling, have stayed there many times. Only problem is that this time my room was on the 2nd floor next to the events hall and was quite noisy in the evening after the events . Avoid the 2nd floor and it is perfect.

User

Great hotel. Great bars. Great rooms. Great decor. Great breakfast. Small double bed. Someone else’s empty plastic water bottle left under chair in our room but spotless otherwise. Would stay again but would want Queen bed.

User

Disappointing for the price we paid as a birthday treat, £270 for one night in a pokey room with a tiny bathroom. Our Carpet was damp outside the bathroom and was all curling up (so obviously ongoing problem but still let us stay!) just little things got on my nerves like two coffee pods in total ? (3 if you count the decaf) one pack of two biscuits between two of us ? I know these are tiny things but how tight in this luxury hotel ? And a view of the bins ! The mini bar was locked ? I did point out on the booking that it was three peoples birthdays out of the party of 4 and asked about parking, they said there is no parking but offered the name of a nearby car park ... no mention at all that they actually give you back half of the parking fee when you check out ! So didn't book there ! The hotel itself is beautiful and the bar staff and reception were lovely but I would go for a cocktail next time and stay somewhere else for the money if it was for a treat. It's a shame as our friends usually stay at the Covent Garden and It was my idea to stay here instead .. I won't be in charge of booking again !

User

Over priced, smallest hotel room I’ve experienced in London. The service inthe Coral bar is not good, they add 15% service charge and therefore no incentive for the staff to deliver great service as a result....we walked out today unable to attract anyone’s attention in a fairly empty bar. Wonder why

It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely and it’s really conveniently located.

Breakfast was the high point that was good and service here was excellent

User

Nice surroundings. Food over priced for what it is. I was there to do some work ... and it was a nice place to spend an afternoon. I had a cheese platter with tea which was really not up to scratch.

User

I had afternoon tea here yesterday, I didn’t enjoy it at all. I would say the worst afternoon tea I have had, I would not recommended it.

Strange food and poor service.

User

Came for afternoon tea with family. For the past four years this has been a special annual event that we all look forward to. Unfortunately this was the least favourite by far. The service was hopeless. The afternoon tea offering was lacking, including a giant scone between two to share. Very odd. We usually feel quite satisfied after an afternoon tea, but yesterday most of us ended up going out for dinner. The room was nice though and seats comfortable. We won’t be returning.
