Another new Gin added to our Parlour... come and try it.. Opihr’s unique blend of exotic handpicked botanicals such as Cubeb, Black Pepper and Coriander can spice up the traditional gin & tonic..

User

Fusing natural strawberry flavour, citrus and classic juniper botanicals, Beefeater Pink is a delicate and refreshing gin and one that is visually vibrant with its statement-making shade.

Asked at the bar for a pork pie......£4!!!!

However it was the most amazing pork pie I have ever had. The warmth of the pork pie just tasted like perfection. Would definitely recommend this place and the food!

Went to the Catcher for lunch yesterday 23/04/18 ordered fish finger sandwich, and chicken & bacon sandwich, one on white bread one on brown, paid 20.00 between us. Food came, both bread had meldew on it. Reported it to barman. Food was taken away. They didn’t make fresh sandwiches, just put the filling onto other bread. Fish fingers cold, and bacon was black and burnt all over. Reported it again. Was told we are sorry. Won’t be eating here again.

Visited this bar with family and the service was unbelievably unwelcoming by one member of staff which was very disappointing. His lazy attitude to serving (6 drinks) was disrespectful. He gave us 3 dirty wine glasses and when we asked for cleaner ones he told another member of staff they’re all the same, give them too them’. Thank you to the chef kindly changing them for us. As far as I know this is one of the small few pubs in Finchley, but for this reason this member of staff does not get the right to act like an ass. If he was really that unhappy about doing his job, I would recommend he try his arm at some other line of work or a non customer based role, behind the bar dealing with people is not his forte!! I want to specify that it was him that ruined our experience, not the bar or quality of drinks or manner in which it was run, just his bad mood!!
