I almost didn't recognize the Chainbrige when I looked at pictures it's just great ! Marvellous

Went with my daughter for lunch. Lovely settings views to die for. Food was very good and it was clear that money had been spent on refurbishment including the bridge. Would definitely like to go again.

We stayed here on 13th May for one night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The hotel was recommended to us by a friend.

We had a fabulous time here. The 2nd floor balcony room was beautiful with stunning views of the river, Berwyn station and the Chain bridge.

We are in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all meals were excellent and good value. Susan in the dining room and Marion in reception were superb hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We will definitely return here!

Such a great hotel. We have stayed a number of times in the run up to my sisters wedding.

Everytime, the staff have gone out of their way to make our stay perfect. The food is lovely, the hotel is charming and the location is stunning. Thanks Seamus and team for making every stay memorable. We'll be back.

Just returned from another brilliant stay at the Chainbridge, (our third). Slightly disappointed by the recent building alterations removing our favourite lounge area, but still one of our favourite haunts. Impeccable service as always. Hope to be back asap to try the new menu, which looks fantastic!

I cannot praise the staff enough, we were lucky enough to be married at this venue recently and there is not one thing I would of changed! The staff were amazing in every way especially will my autistic son who didn't like the noise of the evening reception. They made him comfortable and completely at ease! Seamus you have amazing staff! Food and every detail was perfect, we can't thank you enough!!

Great hotel with friendly staff. My parents have stayed here twice before and told me what a great place this was, and they weren't wrong. Lovely scenery, room, meals, and hospitality. ’┐Į.

Drove all the way from Southport to get the Chainbridge Burger as happened across the hotel a month or so back and had it then. Was craving it since and am now craving another!

It says topped with cheddar and bacon. Both times Ive had it id have never have guessed it was cheddar. Seems far nicer than cheddar.

Might not be back until late September, but will be well worth the wait. Guinness was perfect too as are the staff.

After a weekend of searching for a venue for my parents golden wedding anniversary, they chose the chainbridge . What an amazing venue - breathtaking views, river Dee flowing below, chainbridge, gorgeous gardens, amazing food and most importantly amazing staff who made our evening very special. The management team leading up to the event gave me all the confidence I needed that we had chosen the right venue, nothing was too much trouble, they made our night very special. Looking forward to returning very soon

A lovely unique hotel, peaceful yet vibrant. Amazing views of the river, train station and canal. Food was nicely presented and fairly good value for money. Staff were very attentive and professional. Plenty to do and see but equally relaxing too. Will definitely come back again.

l enjoyed my little stay last weekend - my aunts Birthday weekend family / friends mini break. We had a Sunday lunch on the Sunday - interesting .. liked the main course - could have done with a bread basket in the middle of the table & butter) most creative on the presentation of desserts - flat apple pie ?

My room was great. Overlooking the station and the water - l loved my balcony very peaceful out there after booking in - with a cup of tea and just looking out at the views. Bed was cosy - plenty of pillows and duvet. Loved the hidden TV !

Anyway, l really enjoyed my little stay and l think me and my family will come again soon.

Although renovating is going on it did not impinge on our lunch stop after a walk to the Horsehoe Falls. Very welcoming on a cold day. Sandwiches and backed pototo well worth the the money . good and fresh . All the meals serves around us seemed well prepared and looked tasty.

Although this is a lovely hotel in great grounds the parking is a bit of a nightmare..our wedding party was nice until near the end when the seemingly friendly staff couldn't wait to get us out, even to the extent that after calling last orders wen we all bought another expensive round of drinks the staff accordingly took them all of us while we were dancing,and wen confronted they blamed other party guests which after spending all day and a lot of money there was diabolical treatment and spoiled a great day. Don't think I could afford to go there again...

Only called in for a sandwich and potion of chips think will bypass next time chips where cold and then had to wait 40 mins for s fresh potion prawns in sandwiches were rubbery and quite expensive 3.70 for chips that looked like made from one spud wine was also poor for s hotel doubt I would go back sorry ­¤śÉ

Very disappointed with the meal I ordered today given the location and the stunning views the food has let them down on this occasion . I ordered penne pasta with chillis and garnish , however when it arrived it was no more than 20 pieces of white pasta with sprinkles on chilli flakes and a few cherry tomatoes placed on the top . For the pricetag of ┬Ż9.95 I think it should've been fresh chilies for this dish and maybe even some garlic bread . When I pointed out to the barman that there were no chilies only chilli flakes he went off to the kitchen and brought me back a pot of chilly sauce and said that these were the chilli ingredients. The barman was quite understanding when I pointed out that it did state chilies on the menu, I asked for a refund and gave my meal back . If fresh ingredients are not to be used then I suggest this dish should be placed at around ┬Ż6.50 mark not the ┬Ż9.95 as they are asking .
