What a fantastic time we had at the Crystal Maze! Harold was our guide and he was amazing, really made it for us. The games were fun but just loved the whole experience - really recommend �

Went as two families, making up a group of eight. Managed to win 7 crystals and narrowly missed out on another 3. A great recreation of the series and such fun. Our maze master Tina Cruise was great. Had a wicked time and fulfilled a childhood longing. Not cheap for an hour's experience but worth every penny. Highly recommended �

Went as a group of 5 not knowing what to expect but that number worked well as we nearly all played 3 games. The maze master was awesome, fun, helpful and entertaining. Loved it and couldn’t recommend it any higher.

We went to The Crystal maze as part of my hen weekend Friday.

It was absolutely fantastic. The games were brilliant and very true to the TV series. All staff were great and enthusiastic especially our maze guide Corky, he made sure we had the best time. We laughed so much throughout the whole time we were there. I could not think of anything better to do for a hen party and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you all for a brilliant time. We will definitely be coming back again!

We went as a group of 6 and had two others join us to make the 8 as part of a birthday surprise. I can’t recommend it enough. All the staff from start to finish were exceptional and the actors (Trinkets in our case) had us laughing so hard our faces hurt. We were pretty rubbish and had 3 lock ins and only got 4 crystals but still managed to win (given the other teams were disqualified at the dome stage 😂). It was a fantastic atmosphere and so like the tv show. The only issue was that our picture from the dome didn’t come through and we were promised it be emailed. We would really love it as a reminder so if guest services can locate it and send it that would be amazing!

Visited he Crystal maze yesterday with my husband. WOW!!!! This was a Christmas present as I love the original TV show. We went as a team of two and after reading some reviews had expected to be matched with other players to form our team but no, we had a team of just the two of us! An incredible experience from start to finish. It closely mimics the TV series. Our maze master was Revlon, the pirate - he should replace Richard Ayoade on the show!! You play all four of the zones running between games, climbing, crawling or shooting down slides between levels. We played 16 games in total - be warned they are not as easy as they look on TV!! We had an amazing time, and incredible experience if your not sure; just book it!

Visited London branch today, as a team of three, as a surprise from my Mum. We were paired up with another team of five and had an incredible time at The Crystal Maze! Our Maze Master (A male Pirate called Scarlett I believe) was funny, charismatic, entertaining and very supportive! After only gaining two crystals due to failure at tasks and a few lock ins we actually pulled it back and won! I highly recommend this experience to anybody who loves The Crystal Maze and will possibly return again if I can. Thank you to all of the team for an amazing experience that I will never forget.

This was an awesome experience - it’s just like the show and you kind of forget that it’s not lol

The setting is amazing and really captures each zone and the maze masters are excellent- our master Tina cruise was excellent she was fun and got us all In the mood for the maze and kept the momentum going throughout - highly recommended for any fan of the show or anyone who just likes having an awesome time

I won't spoil it for people by giving details of stuff inside the maze. What I will say is from the moment me, my friends and family arrived at the maze as part of our easter prize. We were welcomed with open arms, laughed so hard it hurt in places. Had fun making our maze master blush (I'd apologise for that but we were totally unforgiving on this front) The games were amazing and the time flew by. I am a serial mazer, having been six times all in all at all three venues and plan to do them again this year.

I went to the maze yesterday with a group of 14 and we split into two groups of 7.



My group played 2/3 games each, and we were showed around by an amazing lady by the name of driptray. She made the experience all the more enjoyable.



The maze itself is very reminiscent of the TV show. Everything is as expected and more, it’s an amazing feeling being inside the maze and dome for yourself.



I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about it.



The staff are all very friendly too and the facilities are clean.



� Good Job to everyone that help run this, from the Maze masters, to the technicians, to the barmen and women, the front of house and anyone else that helps! Best day out in a long time!

I bought tickets for my two sisters, brother-in-Law, boyfriend and me. Having grown up watching Richard O’Brien host it and then seeing Richard Ayoade recently taking the mantle... made me reminisce childhood years. Was fantastic! Great fun. We had two additions to our group - Jade and Milan who we ‘volunteered’ as our team captain/vice captains 😂😂😂 And had the most amazing time! I would recommend to anyone - even if you’ve never seen the show in your life

Had the best time, so like the tv show, games and zones were spot on and the Maze master was brilliant. 4 of us went and were competing against teams of 8/9 but we managed to get 8 crystals and were declared winners after another team were disqualified after the dome. Great experience all round and worth every penny.

Had an incredible time today here!! So much fun. Was everything I was hoping for having been a massive fan of the show. Our games master flint was brilliant as well! Hopefully will have the chance to go again later on in the year when the games have changed.

Only negative is that the winning team don't actually win anything. Even a plastic trophy would be something! Also I do wish the music had been louder when we were running round, get the atmosphere/nostalgia going a bit more but im sure there's probably a reason.

Great night out made better by Bert the magician he was brilliant and we won but sadly they said we cheated by picking up the gold from the floor lol it was the best night

Came away with a souvenir crystal as a little memory of the experience. I shall find every excuse to try and come back again!

Brilliant team event here yesterday. Really well organised and a lot of fun. Just as well we didn't take it too seriously as it turns out we really weren't that good � but it was still a great afternoon and I highly recommend it to others.

Booked this in December for my fiancè and finally took part on Friday the 8th June. The two fellas at the door helped us out in regards to a missing email and the character who took us to the game rooms was also excellent. Staff were solid. We will 100% do this again and fully recommend to others.

Arranged this as a work do as a group of 20 (5/6/18). We were in three teams. This was Epic. We loved every minute of it. It was exactly like on the tv! Morris, our team maze master was incredible. Thank you Morris for being your brilliant self and making this such a great experience. We highly recommend this experience!!! So much fun! Loads of laughter and the energy was high throughout! I am coming back again! #travelgal999 👏👏👏👏💎💎💎💎

I can’t fault it. The only thing that would have made it better, was if we got the classic boiler suits 😂
