Cracking day for our annual dragon boat fundraiser event last Friday.
20 teams competed, 300 people attended and we raised £15,000 for the Youth Programme!
A massive thanks to all teams, paddlers and spectators who made the event a super-exciting one.
... A very special thank you to the 40+ volunteers - PA, DJ, photographer, helm, instructors, youth volunteers, catering, bar and event staff - we couldn't have done it without you!

We held my mums wake here on 29th March. We was happy with the bar service although only One bar person on he done great. The venue was just right for us as not a big wake so we had the bar area with plenty of seating for us. A nice area with fairy lights which made it cosy and warm . Plenty of parking and bar prices good for London .

We had our wedding reception here and all the staff, and especially Amy, were most helpful in both accommodating our needs and helping the event run smoothly on the day. Thank you so much!

An absolutely amazing experience!! The Events Co-ordinator was able to cater for our every need, from the decor to menu choices from the BBQ, everyting was designed to our taste and delivered with perfection. All staff were friendly, professional and attentive. We hired the Marquee which made the venue look absolutely stunning, all of our guests commented on how pretty the venue looked. I cannot recommend the Sailing Centre enough! If you want a London Wedding at an affordable price, you will not be let down choosing this as your venue. We loved every minute and will definitely use the venue again!

Lovely venue and i attended a function there and thought it would great party venue and would definitely enquire about water sports for my child.

Here we go into the next Season, had a wedding show last month which was very successful. We will be doing another one so watch this space.



Having an OUT OUT Friday Night this Friday the 4th March, if you want to come along we have a DJ he is the one we recommend for weddings as he has never failed us yet and always gets the party going.



We are taking youth bookings so if your children are 8 to 18 and wants to learn new or improve on Watersports skills give the Centre a call to book them on while there are still places.



The Centre is a registered charity so if you have ideas on fund raising or want to help please call, we are always keen to involve people.

Fantastic night dragon boating (we won)!

2 weeks ago, I did the RYA Level 1 sailing course at DSWC and now I am trying to go there every weekend with mates to improve my sailing and to introduce others to sailing and to the club.



As a charity, It's great value for money. Instructors are very friendly and the theoretical and practical training were both excellent.



Everyone is very helpful; someone will come to assist you as soon as they notice that you need a hand.



I'm really happy I discovered this place and recommend it very strongly to all beginners.

I have attended thr Docklands Sailing and Waterports Centre on two occasions for BBQ's the standard of catering was very good and the service was also of a very high standard.

An excellent setting just outside the City of London to enjoy sailing, watersports and social events.

Great communication, nice venue however it would been handy to have a kitchen or an area to heat up food.

Attended RYA1 in July. Staff snd premises were excellent. Learnt a lot and manning to do more soon.
