The Economist's Society is the official student society of the UCL Department of Economics.

We are dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and are fuelled with a passion for economics as a subject field. We bring to you a series of distinguished speakers to share our interest in the constantly evolving world of economics and how it interacts with the worlds of politics, technology, current affairs and global issues. More than just an academic society, we also offer an array of exciting social events, including a superb Freshers’ programme and the much-anticipated David Ricardo Ball.

As the exclusive society for all UCL economists, we will be with you every step of the way to ensure you enjoy the best possible experience at UCL Economics.
