Today we introduce Chai Tea to our delicious selection of tea's to be enjoyed with our Afternoon Tea. Chai is a rich Ceylon tea with a bespoke selection of sweet, aromatic spices. The classic Mai Tai. One of the most famous Tiki cocktails! An absolutely delicious rum drink with Orgeat, fresh lime and Curaçao! Here we have it served up and on a rock, with super classic garnish. Yesterday we went to a Gin experience here. The staff here are excellent, efficient & very courteous. The choice of room for this experience was intimate enough so that everyone could fully appreciate the experience. Will definitely visit again

Wow!! Amazing!! What a fabulous weekend. The hotel is luxurious. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. They go out of there way to make your stay incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here and also the afternoon tea .

Went for an afternoon tea yesterday with 4 friends. What a fabulous hotel. Afternoon was lovely bit different to many I've previous had elsewhere but still very nice. Staff were very friendly & helpful they had already made us aware of how long we had got the table booked for. The only difficultly is there is no parking at the hotel but you can park for 2 hrs free on the road ( if you can get a space) or there is a pay & display across the road. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with friends

We had a really great time . We popped in after a meal celebrating our sons’ birthday and were welcomed by everyone. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and people of all ages were enjoying themselves in the beautiful bar area. We were really impressed with Tommy , the Mixologist who came to the table to explain the cocktails he is passionate about ....and boy did they taste good .....

The afternoon tea is excellent and the service was exceptional. Been there twice and it never fails to impress. Would highly recommend this place.

Stayed on Saturday night with my partner for my birthday. Room was amazing (Room 3) Loved the decor throughout the whole hotel. Cocktails were amazing and very unique, so many to choose from! Close to the Bullring for good shopping. Attentive staff and the waiter at breakfast showed us the cellar bar which was again beautiful. Would love to go in there next time! Would definitely return! Thanks for our stay.

Incredible. The team here clearly work their nuts off! Service was effortless and nothing was too much, the venue itself is fantastic but the thought and detail behind the drinks they serve really takes centre stage for me. Perfectly balanced and served by a real person with a real sense of humour, I felt very at home. My room looked fantastic, a bath in the bedroom, win! I have been lucky enough to visit some really great bars all over the globe, this one is something special. A huge Thankyou; for making me feel like a rockstar, for taking time to talk about and explain all of the fancy stuff I didn’t understand, and for the hangover.

I came here for my Hen Do earlier today. The room for my party was absolutely lovely. The food was delicious, the staff were really attentive, especially ‘Helen’ who was so happy and really made it feel extra special. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon!�

Had a wonderful afternoon celebrating my friend’s birthday, we were looked after really well by the staff and the food and beverages were of an excellent quality

Good food, friendly staff, huge clean rooms, quick service. Only negative was obnoxiously noisy guests in the room above but that's obvioisly out of the hotels control. Would 100% recommend and will consider staying here again in the future.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with an afternoon tea yesterday. Can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish, food, drink, decor and the whole atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and will most certainly visit there again. Thankyou guys for such a wonderful day

2 years in a row i have taken my mom to the edgebaston for mothers day afternoon tea. It is such a great sensory experience. The staff are full of knowledge and very helpful. the food tasted amazing and we had such a lovely time x

Lovely afternoon tea ,the staff really nice and the food was excellent . The only issue that I had was that we felt very rushed and were being asked to leave after an hour and a half as they needed the table

We would have liked to have had another couple of cocktails as it was my mums 80th birthday treat but there was nowhere to sit away from the table

If I had been aware of a set slot when booking then I would have maybe looked elsewhere for this occasion

However it was enjoyable tho rather short
