Weight lifting Athlete Review (East midlands #1)- thank you Laura!: I was recommended to go to a chiropractor by a friend when I tweaked my back in training. Emma has helped snap, crackle, and pop me back into alignment and this has made such a difference to the pain levels I had. It helped me get back to competing in time to get the GBPF East Midlands Ladies Classics 84+ 1st Place in 2017! I have been seeing Emma on and off for the past couple of years. I first started seeing her when I had twisted my back in a cycling crash with another car which meant I was in constant pain, even when sitting down. As an aspiring amateur cyclist who also does frequent weight lifting, it was important that I got my back fixed as quickly as possible. Emma was able to swiftly identify what the issue was which mean...t that she was able to treat the problem quickly and efficiently over the course of a few weeks. She would always devote the requisite time during treatments to discuss symptoms as well as spending a good amount of time on treatment, more so than other chiropractors I have seen in the past. As an active person, I found it particularly valuable how she prescribes remedial exercises and stretches between sessions in order to maximise the healing process. Having seen a multitude of different chiropractors over the years, it is testament to EmmaŌĆÖs expertise that I now always return to her as my go to chiropractor whenever I have any back issues! "Emma has treated me over the last 4 years with my lower back problems. I competed internationally in fencing for both England and GB and won a bronze medal at the 2014 Fencing Commonwealth Championships. I was having problems with my lower back leading up to the... Championships and Emma helped rectify the problems which had been building up from the demands of doing a one-sided sport as well as from repercussions from having CrohnŌĆÖs Disease and related surgery. I have been treated by several chiropractors over the years, however Emma has been by far the best I have been to. I have now moved out of London, but make an effort to continue to go to Emma as she is really good at what she does. Being a University Lecturer in Exercise Physiology, having confidence in my chiropractor is of great importance to me. "

Working with Emma is amazing! We've been working together for just over 6 months now and the the support has been exceptional. I don't have any lasting problems or severe issues, but just the constant fine tuning has made sure I'm working at my best and don't develop any issues in the long term.

When I first saw Emma I was in a lot of pain and struggling to move. Emma gave me a thorough consultation and was able to explain what was wrong in a way that I could understand. Due to the nature of my chronic back issues I saw Emma weekly over several weeks and the improvement was immeasurable. Emma was very supportive and she also offers free workshops to her patients which are hugely informative. She gave me plenty of simple exercises to do at home and within weeks I went from being bent over in pain to running my first 10K race! I cannot recommend her enough.

I first went to Emma after going to see a physio that couldn't pin point what was going on with my back. After the first consultation with Emma I felt very at ease and it was obvious she knew what she was talking about. Her sessions were great and she always had time to talk through any issues and give advice. I recommended the group to my work colleagues because I honestly feel that I have benefited from going to see Emma.

I didn't know much about chiropractic before I made an appointment with Dr Emma Biddle and so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I had had lower back pain and a stiff shoulder for months before coming to see Emma and since having treatment I have had no more lower back pain and have flexibility back in my shoulder and neck. I understand more about the problems I was having and have daily exercises that are maintaining the flexibility and adding strength to my back. I am now exercising a lot as I have confidence that my back is in great condition.
