The best food in and around Tewkesbury and the staff are just the best.. it our regular treat ☺
The Fleet is great! Friendly staff and owners, great beers and fantastic food. Also the view of the river is pretty special on a sunny day.
My wife and I have just had a delightful meal at the fleet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was to a high standard, was well cooked and presented and the atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant
Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful setting by the river.
Had a lovely meal here on a sunny afternoon - meeting friends that we hadn't seen for 17 years, we drove from Shropshire, they came over from Australia - the staff were very helpful as half of us arrived just as food orders were finishing and agreed to keep our meals warm whilst we waited for the rest of our party. Would definitely visit again.
Had a great 30th Birthday here with the family. There was 11 of us and the food was quick (not rushed) and the staff couldn't do enough. Really great place.
Great food , staff, and service!
Great experience at the fleet last Sunday. We held a family reunion for 40 people. The buffet was fantastic, beautiful function room and the staff were wonderful. Will be back for our next reunion. Thank you xx
Food was excellent, we’ll be back!
Excellent, loved it. Superb food. Couldn't fault anything.
Real log fires, great spaces for private dining and parties. Lovely setting right by the river. Great hospitality, will definitely return.
Highly recommended. The managers were welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had a great time.
Beautiful food, lovely atmosphere. A hidden little gem.
Always great service and amazing food xx
The pub and it's setting are amazing. Paid £3 for a bowl of chips, of which there were only 13, not exactly value for money, but I would recommend a visit as it's great to sit by the river with glass of something alcoholic.
The location is superb and if the food matched you would never be able to get a table. Food is average. Basic menu not to highly priced.
Overpriced, small portions, no peas served with the ham, egg and chips, by the time vegetables arrived for the family with Sunday roast food cold, sausages burnt, drinks expensive. Not the first time we have had a family gathering here but it was the last.
I come to this wonderfully positioned pub once a year to see if it has improved. It hasn’t.
Food was average and steaks overpriced. We weren’t offered sauces which we later found were available. And they were not rare as asked.
Customer service shockingly poor. Food took over an hour to arrive and right now there is a wait of 90 mins for desert. Pub is NOT even half full. Staff are stressed and unhelpful.
Just a drink here from now on. It’s a shame as it’s a beautiful setting.
Great view an good for a (pricey) drink but the food was very average. Less than Wetherspoons quality for 3 times the price!
We were served a frozen supermarket burger a couple of weeks ago, shocked......, then last night they ran out of 2 of the 3 ales on tap and stopped serving 'food' - all by 8-30pm. Very poor.
We arrived early for our table which had been booked. We then stood at the bar for a good 5 mins or more whilst the staff just ignored us. Once we had ordered our drinks and food, as one would expect the drinks to come first, however we had nearly finished our meals before the drinks arrived. The food was very prompt which I would say is the only good point. The food was bland and tasteless and not worth the 11 quid tag for a Sunday roast. The staff seem to be oblivious to what the customer needs and rather rude! Nobody checked to see if the food was alright which I would of happily told them how bland it was.
Won't be going there again....
