I am very pleased with my ECI tuxedo jacket - great cut and fabric, very comfortable! I was worried about buying online but it runs true to size and i have curves ;) very fast delivery.

Having read other reviews maybe it's because I am a size 10, but I find the clothes fit beautifully are incredibly elegant and stylish with long sleeves and decent hemlines which are ideal for understated elegance in the workplace (and completely obligatory working in finance in the Middle East).

I'm a curvy size 12 and have only bought online (though I hope to visit the store soon.) I've been delighted with all four of the dresses I've chosen, though I'm on a budget so only buy in sales and with offers. I find them flattering and very easy to wear, feminine and work appropriate and have always had compliments when wearing a The Fold dress. Usually it's "you look good" or "you look very smart" - not necessarily a remark about the dress. I'm gutted to miss the sample sale today but am too ill to travel. Next time I hope! The only reason I don't give five stars is the price, though I do think these are classic investment dressing pieces.

I visited the new store last Thursday morning, all very impressive, apart from the complete lack of customer service! It was fairly busy, and I think the well known newscaster trying things on was unwittingly taking up the attention of the staff. I think there were three of them. I was ignored until I asked for a changing room, and the only further interaction I had with anyone was when I paid for a dress. The staff could not have been less interested, and though I am pleased with the dress, it has not left me with a happy memory of the shopping experience. I get much better attention from properly trained staff in high street chains. Off to Peter Jones, where at last I felt like a valued customer. So it’s one star for service, three stars for the new premises, and four starts for the dress.

Sizes above 10 do not stand a chance to look good in those. If you do not have perfect proportions - don't waste your time. But, if you are a model type with thin legs and hips around 90sm - go for it. Jackets are OK. However, women in business usually are not models, but we want to look great too:)
