Wow what a day, we can not thank you and your team enough for all your hard work yesterday! You are absolutely amazing at what you do, Everything we wanted was all there from our family and friends to the scenery, food the list just goes on. Once we are back from our honeymoon we will send you some of the moments we captured from our day. You work so hard and it really made us feel very special xxx

Went yesterday for lunch with my family. Altho they told us kitchen is closing but still took our order and gave us bigger portions of food since we were the last customers being served. Food was fantastic . Thanks to the staff at grange. We had a lovely time.

We got married here on Saturday 10th June 2017 and the whole day was just amazing the staff were excellent they made our day so special I would highly recommend anybody who's getting married to go and have a look as you won't be disappointed. especially Leigh se is so helpful caring and very understanding. Couldn't of asked for a better place to have our wedding thank you so much the grange you done us proud from Mr & Mrs Garrett

We came as a family of 16 mid week for a birthday. The food was amazing. Most had a authentic tasty curry, my other half had rump steak on a hot stone and he loved it. There was plenty of food. I would go back but have starters and share rice curry and nan. Can't wait for my dad to come down from the North and take him.

The food is perfect and the staff are brilliant it's easily my favourite place to eat.

Thank you for doing an absolutely fabulous job last night. You were brilliant. The Grange are honoured to have such great staff. Great service Leigh Norris. Your team are amazing. The food was excellent and complimented by all.

If I could give more stars I would do gladly. The service was exceptional, the staff so so attentive, the food according to all my guest was beautiful. I would like to say a massive thank you to Leigh who gave it her all. My daughter's wedding was a complete success and that's thanks to the wonderful job of Leigh and her staff, thank you, thank you and thank you. I will be recommending you guys to a lot of my friends. Thank you once again.

I love the Grange. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, the grounds are stunning, it's a lovely place to have something to eat whether a meal or a snack, and on a gorgeous hot summers day you can sit in the garden by the little stream, with pretty cherry trees, and if you're lucky, the possibility of spotting the Kingfisher!

Great night out with good company the bar staff were brilliant got served straight away no waiting around

First time I have ever been here husband surprised me for my birthday (THE staff bought out a chocolate fudge slice with a candle in it) very good customer service.. food was delicious and very clean... served by a very well mannered young lady name Lucy and gave exceptional service.. definently would recommend this restaurant.. the onion rings were huge.. keep up the good work..

Just wanted to say we had a lovely sunday lunch here yesterday.....the staff were attentive and friendly and v accommodating...the food was really good...the only reason i didnt do a 5 star was because i had a bit of a to and fro with the menu....we only got the sunday lunch menu and i had to go and speak to staff about the continental menu which was made available in the end but they seemed a little reluctant to hand it over. Will be going here again to try the asian fusion menu which smelt delicious. Thanks guys.

We were a little bit disappointed with our Sunday Roast. We all found the lamb chewy and the vegetables overcooked. We have been for a Sunday roast before and found the food was presented well and tasted better. I don't think we will be going for a Sunday roast to Grange.

Came here with my family last year for Christmas dinner and it was amazing, food and staff were great, however this year I was quite disappointed, the starters were nice, but the main wasn't all that, and looked like it was just thrown on the plate and was quite dry and not a lot of flavour. And the Santa didn't look like we wanted to be there at all �

Yesterday's visit to the restaurant was surprisingly disappointing.



Service was slow, the food wasn't at its usual standard and sadly we didn't have the same high standard of experience that we're used too.



The venue did have a wedding happening at the same time that could explain the lack of speedy service in the restaurant.



However if you're a pub, restaurant and wedding venue like the Grange is then good food and service is expected regardless. Especially at their prices.

Lovely grounds, nice beer garden- but the food was very disappointing! The Indian food smelt delicious and I see alot of good reviews about it on here. Shame the same can't be said for the bar food menu. We went for a sharer platter and it was all deep fried and tasteless!

We visited the grange Bar this weekend and was very disappointed with our meal. We had to return it because it was Unedible

Visited the Grange several nights ago with my family to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. The venue is well presented and welcoming but unfortunately the overall experience was unpleasant and rather frustrating. Although the staff maintained a friendly and cooperative attitude throughout the evening, the service was incredibly slow and the food was of average quality.



The starters were served approximately 45 minutes after ordering. Whilst one dish failed to turn up after repeatedly asking for it, another dish from the main course was served undercooked. To add to this frustration throughout the evening we were forced on numerous occasions to repeatedly ask for drinks we had previously ordered as they kept on failing to arrive to the table. Prior to our meal arrangements had been made for a cake to be served after we completed our dinner, unfortunately due to some form of miscommunication amongst staff members the cake also failed to turn up to the table. Eventually after confronting the waiter he organised for the cake to be served.



Having to repeatedly ask for the food and drinks throughout the evening demonstrates the level of service provided in this restaurant. The manager of this restaurant clearly needs to staff the floor better - especially during peak periods of the year. Neither would I eat at this place again but recommend strongly not to waste your money here.

Thought it would be a nice idea to have a meal at The Grange with my partner and two children and from the minute we walked on we was looked up and down stared at we was standing waiting for a while before anyone even bothered to see if we was ok I asked for some salt and pepper and the waiter threw a few sachets at me my sons Yorkshire pudding looked like it had been cremated in the end we was so fed up we ended up leaving still hungry as our food hadn't come yet I can honestly say I will never go there again because the employees made me feel so unwelcome

Myself and my brother have just left the Grange literally minutes ago. We were outside ready to leave, when 2 waitresses OPENED up both sides of our car doors and tried to get in the back. They DIDN'T even attempt to check they had the right vehicle. They claimed to have got into the wrong car. BUT FOR FFS who just randomly opens up someones car doors and gets in the back.!!!!!
