Upper body strength exercise hitting the triceps plus the delts, forearms and traps (secondary). The exercise can be customised to suit.... Ensure you have a narrow grip and elbows extend backwards and not out to the side. Avoid tipping forward and most importantly: BEND YOUR ELBOWS!! I've seen so many people that attempt this exercise but don't bend their elbows.....πŸ˜¬πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ REGRESSIONS: Bring the feet cl...oser (bent knees), lower step, don't dip so low, PROGRESSIONS: higher step to hold, legs straight out in front, heels on a bench, add weights (plate on lap etc), Pulses, slow movement down, @thegymchadwellheath
