FitQuest brings full bio-mechanical lab technology to the gym. It can be used by gym goers to assess their own fitness progress. FitQuest guides you through a step by step series of physical activities that are designed to measure some of their "core skills". These measurements are therefore "non-sports specific". That means that whether they are a ballet dancer or a rugby player, they share the same core skills.
