The Ivy House is amazing! The first community-owned pub in the UK. Run by great bar staff - get down there, jazz music, comedy, folk, yoga, choir practice and more. Oh yes and beer :-)

The Ivy House is a lovely friendly pub with 3 different bars also has a little garden out the back! Have been there twice now to see stange brew play as they are our friends! It has a lovely stage and a little dance floor in that bar!

Merry Christmas to u all!

Thanks to all the staff at The Ivy House for making our party so memorable on Sat 20th Jan. All our guests said what a great venue it was, the food was great and the staff were really helpful and it is a perfect venue for a party

User

Such a great place... Loved the building. It's beautiful... The staff were really nice, friendly and looked after us well. Food was excellent and we didn't wait long for it either. A truly excellent night out. We will be back for more next time we're in the area.

Made an all-too-brief visit with my Dad - who met my Mum here in 1962, and enjoyed pointing out to me all the ways it still looks the same... Wonderful experience.

User

User

Brilliant. Love it as a venue. Always catering for local community with varied events. Or just sit in one of the other bars and enjoy.

User

Been year long time ago, I like this place.

Nice venues tonight, some people in the audience were a bit boring, old, intolerant and grouchy but I felt good with all the rest. Love also the teathre, the cosy atmosphere and the fireplace.

User

Nice pub, nice food and great comedy night started last week on Wednesday. The only shame I would say is shame on the bar staff! So not friendly! I think It would hurt them to crack a smile or have nice manners! Thanks and you are welcome would go a long way!

I kind of thought it was personal to start with but check with other people on various evening/weekend Itteringham is the general feeling...what a shame!

User

I went to hear the magnificent Mick Collins Legacy Orchestra and to have a Sunday lunch. The music was great, the proper draft cider (Newton's Dabinett) was great as was nearly all the roast beef lunch. Unfortunately the alleged Yorkshire puddings were indistinguishable from tepid blotting paper.

User

Hasnt changed much since the 1970s,still a great place to go.Lovely beer great food and the bar staff are very good too.All round worth a visit you wont be disappointed

User

Fantastic spot, local to me, that I didn't know existed. Little piece of history, has a small stage for music and theatre, which we put to good use. Full vegetarian buffet too. Handsome!
