Wow, what a beautiful hotel. Visited yesterday with 5 friends for the champagne brunch. Cannot fault anything about our wonderful afternoon. Food, drink and service was absolutely first class. Beautiful setting, excellent staff.

Brunch was superb, lots of choice, you could have an all day breakfast followed by a roast dinner if you wanted. The variety and standard of food was out standing. Deserts to die for.

Would highly recommend a visit here. Staff are friendly, efficient and professional.

We were there for afternoon tea to celebrate my sons 30th birthday. The hotel is stunning to look at inside, it was early evening and the ambience was beautiful, the lighting was subtle and a harp player followed by a pianist played in the back ground which was not intrusive at all just perfect. The service was 1st class, from taking our coats and seating us to serving us and the choice of teas was exceptional. The sandwiches were well presented and very tasty as well as plentiful. The scones and deserts were also delicious and so was the champagne. To top it off a cup cake was beautifully served with a candle and happy birthday on the plate was a lovely touch for my son, we really couldn’t fault anything, I’ve had afternoon tea at the ritz in London and this for was on par if not better we didn’t feel rushed in any way. I would definitely recommend the afternoon tea and will return again.

The room is beautiful and the room service is very good but I recommend that you should change the water that you give the costumers because I think the water is taste really bad.

Nostalgic visit after 22 years and it is as we remember it. Perhaps what we failed to note last time is that it is convenient for central London but in all respects it is much as before. They say never go back - rubbish, this remains much as it was and is the better for it. Service excellent. Cannot compare with other hotels as we cannot afford rates such as these too often but every so often one should treat oneself and I cannot see this hotel disappointing.

My friend brought me here for my birthday. I loved the Interior. I said I felt like I was abroad in some sort of colonial setting In Egypt or something. It just felt so wonderful. The food was incredible and the chef very accommodating. I have to Thank my friend for such a wonderful treat. I will be returning

Me and my sister were bought an chocolate afternoon tea as a gift for our birthdays. We got to the hotel 20 minutes early and they were so accommodating. They offered drinks as we waited to be seated. Every staff member was polite, courteous, and forever had smiles on their faces. Monika and Arran were our main servers and were absolutely fabulous. The food was so fresh and tasty, far too much for us to eat but we took some home in a box! I'd 100% go here again. Such a pleasant afternoon

I’ve been to LandMark a couple times and this is one of my favourite place in london. Best location, such a beautiful, very classy place to stay and to dine. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great too. Your money you spend is absolutely worth it. I would come back again soon for dinner!

I chose to stay at the Landmark with my 2 daughters for a business / fun trip. The hotel is on Marylebone Rd. right next to the Marylebone station, making it very easy to get around. We took advantage of a 4 for 3 special and stayed in an Executive double room on the first floor. For a full rundown of all the facilities at the hotel I suggest looking at the website. Suffice to say that the Landmark is exceptionall in every way. The staff are courteous and efficient. Whatever we asked for was in our room within minutes. The building is stunning and our room was enormous and very clean. The Landmark has old world charm together with modern facilities. We used the spa and pool quite a bit and here too the staff were very friendly and helpful. As I travel quite frequently to London I will definitely be using the this hotel as my home away from home.

On top of that The Landmark offers that personal and welcoming touch that puts it above all the others... Much of that is down to the friendly and serviceminded staff...!!

So, in short: The Landmark scores off the chart, and you are guaranteed a nice stay if you check in here... It is simply the best luxury hotel in London!!

Booked dinner at the great central restaurant. (Not for the first time) fine dining at its best. Wonderful choice (particularly the fish dishes) great food, great atmosphere, great service - generally speaking just 'great' !

Best afternoon tea in London without question! Continual refill of sandwiches and even made up our half eaten cakes up to even numbers so that we all had a box each to take home! All round superb!!!!

Attended a wedding at the Grand Ballroom which included a drinks reception in the mezzanine section and everything was excellent. The food, drinks, service and security was to a very good standard - i’ve been told that their afternoon teas are very good so I will definitely be going back for more
