Wonderful and compassionate from start to finish. Super impressed with the care given to my house bunny by Will and the team following complications with her spay, she needed to stay the night for further observation and the team had no issues with her bonded partner accompanying her. I received a text message update during the night which was a lovely touch and really eased my anxiety. Thank you SO much!

User

When our dog sadly passed away the staff were so kind to us and let us have as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. And today we received a lovely condolence card from them with our dogs paw print on it for us to treasure.

User

We were so lucky that one of the staff was passing as our dog was attacked locally. She brought him to the hospital where he received the most excellent care. The staff are thoroughly lovely and extremely knowledgeable and were the silver lining to this most traumatic experience. Thank you!

User

We had our Frenchie spayed at The Animal Hospital. They were fantastic I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

User

We brought a very sick cat to LAH early in the morning on a Friday. Unfortunately he was then hospitalised a few days later when he refused to eat. After 3 days in the vets care he came back home and showed signs of recovery. His illness is still a bit of a mystery but no stone was left unturned! Thank you so much everyone for looking after our Fletch with so much care! Your facility is amazing and every single one of your staff is professional and really lovely.

Unfortunately my dog Yoshi passed a couple of weeks ago now and for me and I'm sure for the staff it was a massive shock. They were amazing and treated him as there own. I was updated on his progress through out and they kept going until we couldn't go any further. I can't stress enough that he was in the best hands (and I had only found the hospital via google frantically searching for a 24 hour vets) they made me feel relaxed straight away. Fast forward, I've been back to Hospital twice and had a number of phone calls regarding how I've been which is so lovely and have embraced every single moment. It's nice to receive the same amount of care from the staff when you're dog is no longer around. That's really important that I wasn't forgotten especially in the time of mourning. It was wonderful to speak to Will and Hannah and they've been supportive all the way through I just want to say a massive thank you for everything they've done and the whole of the Animal Hospital and there behind - the - scenes - staff that stay up at owl o'clock to look after our furry friends. I would recommended this place to anyone that wants an impeccable service. Thank you guys for giving your all.

User

This was our first visit with a very unwell dog, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming the vets were very knowledgable and told us everything they planned to do but always asked us if it was ok to go ahead, although the news for us is not good they have lots of empathy and are vey professional, I am so happy we found this Hospital as I can't think of anywhere else I want my dog treated

User

They saved my beloved dogs life with their excellent care and kept me up to date the whole time . Forever grateful to the team . Highly recommend

User

The staff are incredibly patient and ensure that your mind is put at rest about your pet's wellbeing, and the procedures they might need to go through. I've previously had vets who seemed to be afraid of dogs, and who leapt straight into suggesting expensive and invasive treatments (for a broken nail...) so this was a welcome relief that they took such care to explain everything, and follow up afterwards too. Added to which, it's actually a really well designed space which is a relief to spend time in when things go wrong!

User

The entire team at the London Animal Hospital have been superb with our dog Santi (miniature schnauzer) - I can’t recommend them enough. They consistently go above and beyond to help with same day appointments and they take time to explain the options and give sound advice. Santi was really afraid of the vet before we moved him to TLAH - now he’s so much calmer. Massive thanks to all the team

User

The best vets! They have been so helpful with my Mabel since she was a puppy and made me feel at ease.

User

My dog donny was very ill with a servere gastro bug and without these guys I don't know what i wouldve done and if I'd still even have my playful donny

They adviced me all the way through and understood and helped with all my corncerns I had

Staff r very friendly, caring and patient all with a heart of gold

I can't thank these guys enough I've know got my usual crazy energetic dog back

User

I highly recommend this emergency animal hospital!

Had to bring my dog (Mishu) there on Saturday due to 2 seizures....

Very professional and great service at accessible prices!

Friendly team ....

Thank you so much for all your help!

User

I can’t recommend these guys enough. It’s not just the quality of care (which is surely second-to-none), everyone who works there is not only knowledgeable, but just lovely and so compassionate. Our kitten got squashed by big feet (mine) and was very ill for a while. From the moment we arrived we were ALL looked after - we arrived at 10pm at night. We had regular updates and were able to visit whenever was convenient to us. Thank you so much, especially Dearbhla and Paul who were faced with a sobbing, snotty crazy and her flat kitten and to Will who has officially ok’d a bee costume to keep Nina’s shaved patches warm ...We won’t hesitate to return with Nina and The Other Two!

User

I already thought they were great during check ups for our kitten Link but he recently ate some Lily flower and had to spend seven days in the hospital and everybody was absolutely incredible. They were available 24 hours a day, kept me clearly updated, answered all my questions and let me visit whenever I wanted. They worked all through Xmas and were amazing. Not only did they give Link perfect care and love, they saved his life! Thank you to everyone x

User

Have taken my dog here over the weekend. The care that she got was amazing from all the team. Can't recommend them enough. They are so caring and treated Dolly so well. They even summarise everything in an email. Will now be using this great place as my regular vet practice. Thank you all so much.

User

Brought our boy here as an emergency case.

The team were incredible! They made us feel relaxed and confident in their abilities and were so good with him.

I was really impressed with the time they took to speak with us on the phone when we checked in to see how he was doing.

The check-ups since have also been top notch with the vets taking the time to chat to us and offering for us to call anytime if we thought anything was up or had any questions.

I can’t recommend them enough! Best service and quality care of both our dog and us. We’ll now be using them all the time.

Any pet owner's worst nightmare is to know their favourite furball has been involved in an horrific attack. My dog had half his back ripped off by a larger dog in the park on Good Friday!!! If it wasn't for The London Animal Hospital, I'm not sure he'd still be alive. I'd recommend them to any and everyone who has an animal. The best moments was when we had to visit for check ups. He'd run through the doors smiling and wagging his tail looking for the vets and nurses. That's how you know not only do they work professionally, but also with love! Would give 6 stars if I could!!

User

Amazing care and staff!! Thank you so much for looking after our Minnie today after she managed to get stuck in the toilet. The care you offer and provide is amazing. I can’t Thank you enough shes back to her normal bouncy, happy self this evening.
