On 24th May, Jizzy Pearl, the former lead singer of LA-based hard rock band Love/Hate, performed the first of four all acoustic ‘Songs n Stories’ shows, featuring Stevie Pearce on guitar, concluding a string of dates on Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate UK Sticks n Stones tour.
Love/Hate: They burst onto the music scene in 1990 with their debut Sony release Blackout In The Red Room which garnered ‘Best album of the Year’ from Both Kerrang Magazine and Metal Hammer. Back in the 90’s the...y followed up the album’s success with a two year tour, sharing the arena stage with AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio & Skid Row.
In the intervening years Love/Hate singer Jizzy Pearl has kept the Love/Hate name and music alive performing in platinum rock bands L.A. Guns and RATT. In 2013, Pearl decided to record a new album with Quiet Riot. Jizzy's "All You Need Is Soul" was released in May 2018 on Frontiers Records.
Stevie R Pierce joins Jizzy for what's going to me a memorable night (his guitar work didn’t go unnoticed either, with Warrior Soul Official and Stevie R. Pearce and the Hooligans for example)
Grab your tickets with haste as this is fully expected to be a sell out. Supports TBA soon!

ADV: £13.50 + £1.35 Booking fee = £14.85 Tickets are available both ADV and OTD. LONDON: The Islington 1 Tolpuddle Street London N1 0XT

Incendiary, hard rockers, Chasing Dragons are currently in the throws of building to the release of their debut album “Faction” [October 2018].
The band released an album teaser EP, “Faction: Prologue” [2016] and single “Bare Knuckle Lover” [2017], 3 songs which are featured on the full length album.
A rollercoaster of frenetic riffery, soaring vocals, thunderous rhythms, and a real showcase of what this band has to offer. Somewhere between the realms of rock and metal, thei...r sound is big, ballsy and full of that dynamic energy that's so infectious, you can't help but enjoy them.
Chasing Dragons are unrelenting, rocket fuelled rock and metal that you can see Lemmy tipping his Stetson to in approval in the distance somewhere.

Loved it! The first time I've ever been here was last night at the Total Rock Eric Bell event - and it was great! Love the picture in the side room, the smoking area that you don't have to go up and down stairs to get to (always a bonus) the bar, the staff. Bottles of Prosecco are available and not unreasonably priced either.... I'm definitely coming back!

I put a few photos; stage, picture, cool bar lady, on the "Visitor's Posts" page.

First time ever going to the venue last night and I must say its a great venue, staff are friendly and lighting and sound were perfect for my photos/videos. Look forward to coming again soon.

Crazy Cowboy’s first show at The Lounge on 9 Dec was fucking great. Tyla’s Dogs D’amour, The Main Grains & The Dust Coda blew the roof off, London did themselves proud by hitting capacity and behaving like proper pirates all night, and the management and staff at the venue were simply awesome. We’ll be back here on 3 Feb with another very cool line up, and we’ll be using this venue and The Troubadour only from now on in the big smoke, WE NEED NO OTHERS, they’re dying!

User

Been here, played here, great facilities all round. More of you alleged lovers of music and supporters of the scene (from the comfort of your homes) need to leave their scepticism and complacency at home, and get into helping this venue flourish, and the bands who play there. It's roots enough to stay in touch, and in touch enough to give a shit about what the London alternative scene needs by looking after it's artists and punters alike.
