Our week celebrations for the 20th Anniversary of our HQ continue. Tonight we've donated our HQ to our friends at http://breatheahr.org who are raising funds for their fantastic project. Find out more about their amazing work on how they use magic to improve the lives of children.
The Magic Circle was founded in 1905 and since its first meeting was always hoping to have its own headquarters
That dream came to fruition twenty years ago this week when we opened The Centre for the Magic Arts, home to The Magic Circle.
Since then, we’ve welcomed tens of thousands of visitors from around the world. International magicians and fans of magic, full houses for our many events including The Magic Circle Christmas Show and our ever popular ‘At Home with The Magi...c Circle’ as well as schools from all over the country have all walked through the anonymous blue doors in Stephenson Way and explored our fabulous HQ.

It is always sad when we lose a Member of The Magic Circle, but today we say goodbye to our oldest, the amazing 99 year old Fergus Anckorn. His remarkable prisoner of war experiences and stories inspired generations. We thank Fergus for sharing those memories and our love and affection goes out to his family,

When there yesterday with my partner and our three kids
The place is very nice and clean drinks and food was not overpriced like normal places
The show was unbelievable and really enjoyed it would high recommend it to anybody of any age
At the end of the show Jamie was downstairs and met and spoke to everybody he had time for everyone not just 5 min but around 45 min spent time talking letting us take photos and signing cards
Went to the Close up Magic show last night and really enjoyed it! Saw 4 different magicians the mind reader was really good! Would recommend to anyone who likes magic.
We had the most fantastic, magical and spell binding trip to The Magic Circle just a few weeks ago.
Superb close up magic from the charismatic and rather dapper Mr Hugh Nightingale followed by a wonderful show from Mr Henry Lewis - a true gentleman.
A fantastic opportunity for our 16 year old magician son Tom to sneak a peak behind the scenes of this iconic home of all things magic!

My wife booked for my birthday as I have an interest in magic. I was spellbound by the skill the magicians have. There was parlour/close-up magic and magic in The Magic Circle theatre. My wife was picked to help on stage, didn't realise she was such an actress. My face was aching from laughing. I love this place so much and can't wait to go again soon.
Mum and I loved every second!! Can’t wait to come back! Best £50 I’ve ever spent ���

Just the best Christmas show for the family. Everyone will laugh and laugh. There are more jokes than at a stand up.good family entertainment with some amazing magic thrown in. The show dates have grown and grown so now there are lots to choose from. Sit in the front few rows and you'll end up in the act!
It was amazing! Well worth the money if you love magic, psychology or just want an entertaining night out with a bit of history of magic! Brilliant stuff!
If you haven't been you are missing a trick! (Did you see what I did there) no seriously it's a wonderful venue with so much history and mystery. A must see. Highly recommended. A hidden gem.
I had an amazing time at the matinée Magic Circle Christmas Show on Thursday, 21st December, 2017 and was made to feel very welcome by everyone I met. The acts were fabulous. I loved the museum also. Happy Christmas to everyone at The Magic Circle. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.
I dont rate places very much.. But this place was amazing. From the moment we got there i was on a high.. The staff abd magicians were amazing, making us feel very welcome and comfortable.
The magicians are of very high standards and got the audience to take part at every oppertunity.. I would deffo recommend going here and i would deffo look to go again... 5⭐️ all the way.
I absolutely loved our evening! The four magicians we saw were all amazing, though have to admit the first one we saw was perhaps my favourite! �(That might have been helped by the fact that got picked as a volunteer!�) I can't remember his name,but he looked very young and did a ball and cup trick. Also, the gentleman announcing each performer was very friendly and also did some great tricks for us during the interval,using my sister as a volunteer as it was her birthday.
All in all, it was brilliant fun and I would definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone! �
First time visiting the Magic circle last night, for an up close with the magicians evenings, and all I can say is WOW, it was such a brilliant night, you really are up close with every magician, the magic was amazing, it was a million times better then I could have ever expected. With out a doubt I will defiantly be visiting again. Thank you for an amazing evening.
Fantastic atmosphere and very welcoming. Full of classical magic props and memorable. Come along to see some of the best magicians perform classic magic and the latest, amazing routines.

Attended the Monday family half term session for my son's 12th birthday! He absolutely loved it! Taught some tricks, enjoyed the history and museum tour and watched some magic! Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable! Great fun for all the family- all ages! Left wondering "how did he do that?" We were all mesmerised! 👍🏻

Absolutely fantastic afternoon - our party ranged from 6yrs to 75yrs and each of us loved it
The theatre is gorgeous, personal and clean, the cloakroom is free and superbly organised, the drinks were reasonable, the magicians on arrival were cracking and the stage magicians were magical !!
Will I return ??? Oh yes !!
