Designs are inspired by the beautiful countryside that we are so lucky to be surrounded by. This illustrated hare design is one of our favourites and is available on a range of products for the kitchen including aprons and oven gloves as well as this lovely set. Tea just tastes better when it is... served in fine bone china! All our Makers are important contributors to our shop, offering customers a unique choice of gifts and accessories. We are thrilled to be launching this years Makers Shop for Christmas. Join us for 3 months, and we will sell your work for you, commission free. Dealer of the Week: Martha Hamilton Antiques. My background is in the built environment - listed buildings, ancient monuments and conservation areas. Many moons ago I fancied being an auctioneer but my career took a different path. My love of all things design-related has always been with me and things that have a past, have been used, loved and bear the hallmarks of that use and love, catch my eye. Weathered, worn, decorative and hand-crafted things ...interest me and mixing materials, textures, colour and form is so appealing. I try to research my items and put lots of info on my labels. Adding a few quirky fun things, together with a current preoccupation with typography (signs, numbers, letters, adverts) and hopefully that gives an idea of what Martha Hamilton Antiques is all about.
My aim is to provide fabulous, unusual, authentic and usable antique and vintage pieces to make your home (or office, restaurant, shop ...) interesting, memorable and above all, individual. @ Stroud, Gloucestershire

These stunning cuffs by @alicementerjewellery are actually made from nuts dipped in silver and gold. Who ever knew hardware could be so beautiful? They are not only superbly stylish, they are also really strong and very well made. An easy to wear every day piece of jewellery that looks great with jeans and a t-shirt. The designer, Alice is based in Bristol and her work also sells @harveynichols. We love it when people take something ordinary and turn it into something completely brilliant.
