We had a reservation for 5pm. Which I changed on the day at 4.45 to 6.30 they happily accommodated us then we got stuck in insane traffic and didn't get there till 7.30!!! Haha. We were still met with brilliant service, a good spot as we had two babies with us. The food was absolutely amazing!! Like the best steak I've ever had. 5* all round for service and food.

The only thing is the moody hostess downstairs when you first come in. No hellos good bye or eye contact 😱. Expect that at a McDonald’s! Everything else spot on defo worth it. Highly recommend this place. 👍🏾

Me , my mum and my friend went to Meat Co, Westfield to have mini burgers. I thought they were really tasty and they had well cooked burger meat with BBQ sauce on it. For a side there was this delicious salad and the 🍔s were wee and cute. They had scrumptious mocktails. The drinks were served in a lovely glass and the food was served neatly on a brilliant wooden tray. They had a wonderful atmosphere and lovely staff.👌😜

Lovely place. Great atmosphere. Nice and attentive staff. Food was top class. Kids menu was just perfect size for the little ones, and best of all, it wasn’t hugely expensive. Not cheap, but not a wallet buster either.

First visit and wouldn't be the last! Went for dinner and we ordered mocktails, starters and mains...couldn't fault the food. Yes it was a bit pricey but worth it as the quality was up to par. Our waiter was so polite and overall generally it was money well spent. Only criticism id give is that the front of house staff ie an Asian male, was slightly rude and came across as obnoxious as he couldn't find our reservation and was getting a bit huffy. Other than that PERFECT!

Been going there with my wife since it opened .... food is always on point and if it isn't how you asked for then they deal with it no questions asked ���

Been going here for several years - best steaks in London - food always excellent, service great, waiters and staff always very polite and friendly - highly recommended

Absolutely loved the experience beautiful atmosphere excellent presentation and service overall, I will definitely be coming back in the future !!

We come here on a regular basis and yesterday being Mother’s day it was a treat to take my wife and kids there. My wife ordered a medium/well done steak and twice they gave us rare, very bloody inside. The waiter and manager were fantastic and apologetic and didn’t charge us for my wife’s meal but it was disappointing as my wife didn’t enjoy her food like she usually would there. We’ll be coming back again as the service and food are usually first class. It was a nice gesture from the manager not to charge us and very thankful for that. See you soon :)

On of the best ribs you can ever have in your life. Absolutely delicious, Steaks are ok though I’d prefer them to have more sauce options with the steak.



Also my ribs were cold I ate a bit and asked them to heat up they gave me a whole new rack which was very good service. Their fondant was brilliant too with the brownie and chocolate sauce

The food was enjoyable but the service was terrible. The waiter huffed and puffed in front of us and later stormed off, striking the table, when we decided not to pay a ‘discretionary’ tip. Would have paid had the service been deserving. Very poor service for the premium to eat here. I don’t think I would return again.

Food is brilliant but poor attitude from staff, they lack courtesy,talks abruptly to customers and don't give good farewell after collecting the bill.

Waitor was on point, however my 1st course my chicken wings and I enjoyed them but when it came to my main, the meat was over-coocked and burnt at some parts. I couldn't have dessert because of my ruined appetite.

It's not the same any more. We had been going from its early days (previously known as Meat & Wine Co.) The burger is no longer fresh and ground, I was never asked how I liked it cooked (big give away) and the service was below average. Uninterested staff and having to wave down a waitor - doesn't warrant the service charge. We will not return sadly.

It was the worst hamburger I have ever had ... the service was the only good thing about the experience... there were 3 of us and none of the food was good and very expensive...

I come here so often that it was a shame I took my mum here for her birthday and the manager had chased us out as if we did not pay for the bill when we did. With a very sad apology when showing them our receipt for payment. This is one of my fav restaurants in London, I've been coming here for years, I dont think I will be back after the service, when the waiters could not crosscheck among themselves instead of accusing the customer.

I am really dissatisfied with the service I received this afternoon. We were visiting from Australia and we were looking forward to a great steak. First we were made to wait over half an hour for a table when the restaurant was empty. Second we waited for over an hour to place the order. Third we placed the order and half was missed and my steak that was ordered blue came out well done. After sending it back, I had to eat alone. Then there was the cheek to add a 12.5% service fee on. What service did we get??? Almost £40! Terrible service and such a bitter taste left in the mouth. We paid the bill and then the waiter ran out of the restaurant and demanded we pay the bill! When I explained we were not paying the service charge he then apologised and walked away! I have never ever been chased out of a restaurant after placing almost 300 pound on a meal!!! So disappointed!
