As 2018 draws to a close we would like to wish you all a Happy New Year. Look back and reflect on the past year - but not for too long for as a New Year awaits. Listen to your true self, own your faults and use your experiences and insights to move forward this next year. Each day is full of potential and another chance to get it right. This cold weather is bringing us out in goosebumps! How about trying one of our heat treatments this weekend? HOT STONE MASSAGE can be booked on Saturday and the infrared sauna is also available to book if you want the whole heat experience. Call 020 3417 6108.

Feeling chilly? Try an infrared sauna. The infrared sauna works in a different way to traditional steam saunas as it penetrates your cells at a deeper level by its use of particular waves. The body will begin to detoxify as the cells vibrate causing them to eliminate heavy metals and other toxins. It is also great for raising your heartbeat and can be useful for people who need this as part of medical treatments who are unable to exercise. From only £10 for 15 mins. My daughter Faith has Cerebral Palsy and has weekly massage sessions with Devon for the last 4 or 5 years. I live in North London and travel to Forest Hill every week for that. It's a long journey but as they say in Loreal ads- "He's worth it!" .Thank you Devon and the team.

Just had an excellent sports massage sorting out my painful neck and shoulders. Would throughly recommend. Will be back for Pilates!
