We've only gone and done it! Allen and Cheryl Page are delighted to announce that they got married on Saturday 19 September 2015. Many thanks to the village and friends who worked so hard to make our day really special and all of our friends and family who were able to join us on the day.

The Mitre Inn Beer Fest continues today, come rain or shine. With a hog roast from 2. 00 pm and lots of different ales and ciders to try, why not come for the day? And don't forget that there is curry and chilli this evening - a little something extra to tickle your taste buds!

We have a special event at The Mitre Inn this Good Friday Morning from 10:00am to 12:00 noon. Coffee morning with bacon and sausage baps, cakes, pictures and cards. The profits from all sales are in aid of St Margaret's Hospice. We hope to see there.
