Good morning! Just a quick message to say that after Charlotte having her 3rd child she unfortunately will not be returning to The Nut House. She will be dearly missed as had been with us for so many years.

I live miles away from this salon but always travel back to get a cut, which I think tells you all you need to know ’┐Į

So as it is hard to trust hairdressers these days as there is so many of them, you have ruined my mums hair and she is totally upset, we went to go get a second opinion and have been told that my mums hair has totally been hacked! Not fixable been told just to grow it out as my mum had beautiful long thick hair now totally ruined, money was refunded for the haircut and also offered to be put right but that would mean to go really short, I am really disappointed when the money was refunded the very next day the junior of the nut house was gossiping about my mum to mutual friends in the area it is very unprofessional. Hopefully the gossiping from yourselves will be stopped. So thumbs down to trusting hairdressers. ’┐Į

I wouldnt even give u 1 star ...they butchered my mums hair, shes so upset and also bad mouthed her, ive also noticed that u took my sister's review down! Dont go to that hairdressers! False stop.
