Wonderful views of London. My 5 year old absolutely loved it, and especially enjoyed taking lots of photographs.

User

Brilliant very helpful getting my daughter on in her disabled pushchair the staff was so friendly felt very safe and was only waiting 5/10 mins to get on and only took less then 5 minutes to collect our tickets x

User

Absolutely fantastic experience on both the London Eye and the London Eye river cruise today. The staff on the Eye were exceptional and friendly. Same can be said for the guys on the River cruise. Very helpful and informative. Your staff member Abbi on the 13 45 cruise giving out the guide was top notch. An asset to you guys

User

Abby, Great job, really funny. I think Derrick did a good job too ļæ½

User

Im going to buy the offer to visit London eye and the museum Madame Tussaud but the website ask for a time to enter. To enter where??

User

I have been to The London Eye countless times bringing students from Brasil. I have always had a great time, but yesterday when I had my bag checked at the entrance, the employee man said that the Brazilian flag That I had was not allowed in. I asked why and he just said it was unacceptable and collected it. He gave me a tkt with a number and said I was to retrieve it at the end of the ride... I had a bunch of students lined up, so I didnā€™t want to make a big deal out of it, but I really like to know why my flag was not allowed inside The London Eye, when this place is in business because it has so many visitors from other countries all the time. I felt disrespected.

User

So awesome to see England get it's butt whipped in the world cup after the little British rats and the head rat Khan dis respected our great President !

User

Last december I went to the London eye for the champagne experience. As I had just heard my flight was cancelled and I would

be stuck in London I needed something nice. Eventhough it was not the v.i.p. experience I originally booked, that was the chocolate experience that was cancelled three days in advance. When I got

there the two men at the v.i.p. desk rudely said that there would be no v.i.p. experience. I showed them the last email

i had received from a collegue from the London eye that rescheduled me to the champagne experience, but that wasn't good enough for them. I asked why it was cancelled, but they said there was no

cancellation. English is not my first language, but that sounds like Orwell's newspeak.

They needed my booking number, but I couldn't find it as my internet wasn't working. I asked if we could look it up on one

of their computers, but he said no he wouldn't do that. He even said it was rude of me to ask. Eventhough he was closing taps on my iPad that very moment that

I wanted to remain open. Knowing that they didn't want to help me I left.

Luckely two nice ladies from seaworld were able to help me and found my booking number when looking for my name. When I

went back and told the two men from the London eye they sarcasticly said: whoho for the seaworld ladies. They annoyingly

asked if I wanted my money back. I said yes, because my v.i.p. experience got cancelled. He got mad again and said it was

not cancelled, they just didn't do the v.i.p. experiences that day.

In the end I left the London eye with no view from London, no chocolates, almost Ā£10,- lighter in underground tickets and

a bad feeling.

This weekend I will be going to London again. After my experience with the rude staff I decided to still book the Hotel

Chocolate experience, because I love Chocolate and I wanted to see the view. Now you are emailing me again with a cancellation.

As I plan my city trips full with activities moving my booking is not possible. I will take the refund and strongly advise

you tot stop selling vip experiences that you keep cancelling as it is extremely customer unfriendly. As I work in the hospitality

industry myself I am generally very patient, but even I have enough of your incompetence. .

User

It was ok. Paid a lot of money for a fast pass 240$. Went to the 4D experience, decided to buy pictures until Adam was so very rude to me. As much as I liked the pictures I couldn't spend so much on pictures with an employee being extremely rude. Get Adam some customer service training.

User

It was horrible !! We had bought Fast Track tickets for speedy entrance but this was not the case. We were asked how many people and we said we were 5 and made us waited, let other people who were in the standard queue to go first and we were left standing and waiting. Then, we were squeezed with a big group, we were the last one to enter, since they put many people into one capsule, people who went first got to stand at the best spot and we we had to be at the door side. There were so much people in one that we couldnt enjoy the view properly !!!! The worst ever experience ever !! Please dont waste your time and money !!

User

I never been in London and I donā€™t know how i can get this off of my visited places. Itā€™s show that i was there. Scammers ļæ½

User

I have not even been on the ride yet but am getting VERY WORIED that I may have lost my money. I booked on line and have printed out the receipt which says

"Your items will be available for collection at the attraction on the day of your visit"

I am trying to contact them to confirm this but the number on their confirmation email just gets me to a message saying that the number is not recognised.

The other number I was given is no longer in use and the live chat has gone from the website !

As I said I am now very worried.

User

F*** the people of London for the disrespect they show OUR POTUS, Donald John Trump! I will NEVER give London my $$$ as a tourist ever again! Let the U.K. fall under radical Muslim "leadership"! BRITISH FOOLS!!!

User

Clueless employees + Rude, bureaucratic manager = Corporate policy gets thrown in customerā€™s face and they lose Ā£75

1 hr before the ride, one employee tells me that I can scan my mobile vouchers at the ride entrance. At ride time, another employee says they canā€™t be used but nearby office can print me paper tickets. The office manager there tells me - EVEN AFTER saying that I have a sick kid with me - that I must find an Internet cafe to print my vouchers. 30 minutes of searching later I come back and tell the manager that cafe has closed and there is no other cafe nearby. She tells me I should have bought tickets from London Eye instead of saving money buying them from Expedia!! I tell her that even an airport accepts mobile boarding passes. She quips smartly, ā€œWe are not an airportā€. Then I pull out my phone and start recording her. She realizes it and tells me, ā€œYou are twisting my wordsā€.

Bottom line, (1) I canā€™t use my mobile vouchers and lose Ā£75 worth of tickets (2) I had to leave a sick kid all by himself for 30 minutes while I searched for a dingy Internet cafe above a dingy Lycamobile shoplet run by an Indian guy, (3) I have a sad kid who couldnā€™t experience the ride, and (4) I had to deal with a bureaucratic and rude manager of the London Eye company, which refuses to respect mobile coupons, blames customers for buying cheaper tickets from Expedia and then accuses them of twisting her words!!!
