When I’m in Canary Wharf at the weekends, this is my ‘go to’ bar. Plenty of outside seating in the sun. Great service and the food has never disappointed. I live and work in C.W. so a quick pint with work colleagues during the week is also a good call. There is always something going on in the grass square, whether it’s Wimbledon on the it screens, live music or an ice skating rink in the winter.
I highly recommend a visit. Chorizo scotch egg is a must, crab bruschetta or their Wagu burger. You won’t be disappointed.
We had cocktails which were lovely and stayed for dinner, the prices were really good compared to other bars/restaurants in Canary Wharf. Plus, they let me in with my my two well behaved Chi’s. Definitely recommend the food, plenty of it and cooked perfectly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Took my friends to the Parlour for their first dining experience in London. They absolutely loved it! Food was excellent, great wine sellection adn I could not praise our waitress, Rocsana (hope I have spelled her name right), enough for a brilliant customer service and her lovely smile.
I saw the football here today. We were lucky enough to have a table reserved. Alessio and his team were outstanding with their high levels of customer service. The bar was packed, but the professionalism of all the staff members was evident.
We ate after the football had finished and the food was delicious. I had a chorizo scotch egg, and treated myself to some Roman fries. It was all in all a most splendid day out. I will be back!
I had an exceptional breakfast at The Parlour with two friends. Our service and the atmosphere was absolutely great. Our experience so much so at breakfast that a group of us decided to dine at The Parlour on the same evening. We were not let down, the inner bar area had a great buzz and the cocktails were flowing to those who were drinking them. The dog friendly atmosphere was particularly welcoming to us however it didn’t put anyone else off. I would highly recommend The Parlour to any Westender in need of a boozey lunch or otherwise.
Great, great, great! Really would love to take you there Helen Pereira! Wine, so much wine ;-) I will have my favourite English tea and will happily drive you there and back Helen :-* Went there for lunch today with a friend and loved it! Not noticing the thousands of bottles of wine behind the bar, I've tried to book there my 10 years old daughter's birthday party :-) So sorry my daughter but management said place is not suitable for children at 19.00 or after that time! Sorry Victoria, but we can book here after 10 years when you are celebrating your 20th Birthday :-)
Great service, staff with a personality as well as professionalism, great place for drinks with colleagues.
Went for a relaxed birthday get together for a friend.
Coffee is good. Cocktails not bad.
Food a bit pricey. I had chicken satay which was ok but a bit messy presentation wise.
Nice atmosphere
The food was excellent for my son and daughter in laws wedding breakfast except that 3 of our party we're kept waiting for our food, one of whom was the groom. His then came up incorrect, so a further wait.
New menu, excellent breakfast & juices! Bacon was a touch too streaky for my liking, but always great food and service.
My husband and I had a great NYE night at the The Parlour in Canary Wharf. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food from a set menu choice. The cocktails were fun and tasty and the wine was delicious. The staff on the night were friendly and helpful without being over the top and it was a relaxed fun evening. The bar and restaurant weren't super busy for a NYE as I guess it's not a very central location but that was fine with us.
Overall a lovely time and I would definitely go back.
Enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere of the place
The seating arrangement was great, staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the omelet it was cooked to perfection.
Downside of the place no salt and pepper on the table and the waiter don’t even remember to give you salt and pepper even after serving you food that need salt and pepper.
You have to sell then to bring to your table. I observed it when I was there all the six tables with guest have to call the waiter to bring salt and pepper after serving the food.
Nice place, food over priced and don't order cowboy chips unless you like ketchup , which isn't mentioned but their chilli sauce is ketchup with chilli -yuk
We sat down and eventually someone came and took our order for coffees. After about half an hour our coffees still hadn't arrived. I went to find the waitress who took our order. She said she would find out where our coffees were and then went off to do something else. Hence we left. Very dissatisfied being in the centre of Canary Wharf
Unfortunately after the third visit it was just poor, particularly for Canary Wharf. Prosecco was flat and replaced with an interesting sweet fizzy wine, poached eggs undercooked and an incredibly rude waitress to top it off. Each time there’s seems to be a mishap which appears a huge task for the staff to cope with. Could be a great place too as it’s interiors and location are spot on.
Staff here are absolutely useless & do not have a clue about customer service. On my most recent visit, although I had a reservation for 15 people, there was some confusion about my table as another party was seated there. Having reclaimed our space, we waited over 45 mins for service. The first round arrived & the white wine was warm, the red wine was corked. It was just a complete mess. The waitress serving us had attitude issues & looked miserable. After speaking to the manager & letting her know that I was not going to pay for such shoddy service, our drinks were replaced & the first two rounds were complimentary. She also kindly gave us all a glass of prosecco each. A nice gesture but staff here really need to work on their people skills & customer service. Such a shame because it's actually quite a pretty venue with good ambience & decent food. My advice to the waitress: find another job love, one that makes you smile.
Found two staples floating in my (double) drink - they replaced it with a single. Interesting way to say sorry...
Shocking! There is no table service here although bountifully staffed. However, the bar staff are generally slow, engaged with colleagues rather than customers, and some struggled with English. They did not have champagne so were unable to prepare champagne cocktails on the menu. On the plus side, great location in the heart of Canada Square and the mojito, presented in a jar, was a delight
