The Piano Man Description
All our pianos are available to buy or rent, and the workshop is tidied and hoovered for Saturday viewing. Weekdays can be arranged but please bear in mind reconditioning involves dismantling the pianos, not the best time to play or view them, telephone before setting out on weekdays

When we renovate a piano, it takes 1 to 3 weeks to complete. We replace what is necessary to ensure longevity of the instrument, and that it is suitable for beginners to advance budding pianists. All our pianos are tuned to concert pitch.
Visiting our workshop will give you a much better idea as to who we are and what we do. If you have 10 minutes to spare, we’ll give you a brief education on the basics, show you the iron frame of a piano, as well as over-strung, straight-strung and what it all means, but we won’t get too technical.
Should you still be thinking of going it alone, then it’s still worth a visit. We can show you some of the pitfalls and what to look out for, and if you’re lucky enough to succeed in your endeavour, we’ll give the piano a final check before you commit.
