well another fantastic visit to this 5 star salon wonderful staff as always fantastic new talent there in Katie totally professional and went above and beyond my expectations she had a difficult one in me as my hair was totally black wanted to go lighter which she perservied and my hair is fantastic!!!! carys and taylor their lovely usual happy selves its lovely to see!!! well done girls and well done The Priory there is no other salon of this quality in this area a visit is a MUST go on you wont be sorry!! Thanks again your all amazing

Just taken up the special offer of Training massage £15 for 40 mins and loved it, feel I was spoilt as I had double massage once with trainer and then again with Megan.

I was the first massage Megan has done and I must say she was excellent I didn't realise how much there is to remember. Well done Megan you were excellent looking forward to when you finish your training. X

If you want to relax, feel pampered and look and feel fabulous then this is the place for you. Friendly staff really look after you and advise on the best treatments and products. Highly recommended!

I've just got home after having my hair cut by Lauren. I'm very happy with the cut and her professional manner! The staff in the priory are always friendly and welcoming I will be returning again!

I've just been in for a back massage with Courtney. I used the September offer, having never seen Courtney for a treatment. Courtney did an amazing massage and found some knots in my back and sorted them out. I felt so good afterwards that I have booked to see her again. Would highly recommend.

I've had a full head of extensions by Lucy I can't thank you enough, I'm very happy and will be going nowhere else now!

I would highly recommend the Priory for any health and beauty treatments. I had the express taster facial and gel manicure with the lovely Courtney. I have to say the facial was one of the best I've had. The salon itself is well decorated with relaxing treatment rooms and all staff have a friendly but professional manner. I visited the Priory for a conceltation and spoke with Taylor. Armed with a single picture and a vague idea of what i wanted.

Through out the process Taylor advised me on what colours i should have, what would & would not suit me and styling advices. Taylor gave me detailed knowledge on how to care for my colour and how preserve it life.

Furthermore she advising me on how to help with oilly scalp and what was causing it. This has been an embarrassing problem for me for a number of year!!!!

Taylor and the other members of the Priory made the experience warm and welcoming and supplied me with coffee and tea.... bonuce. Haha. Thank you again Taylor!!!!!



I also been going to the Priory for UPL treatment by Maddie. I have had two treatment and the result have been outstanding!!!! The difference I have seen in just these two treatment is behoned believe and one of the best investment i have made. Maddie has been amazing through out this process. If anyone sufferes with unwanted hair, i could not recommed the Priory enough!!!!!

I recently had reason to contact the salon regarding a treatment received. I was pleasantly surprised by the sympathetic and professional way the issues I raised were received, not least to redo the treatment free of charge. Today the treatment (pedicure and gelish nails) was redone and the experience could not be more different. Maddy was charming and I am delighted with the result. I received an excellent consultation by Lauren this evening! I was very apprehensive trying a new salon, but knowing Lauren's previous experience I knew I was in safe hands. I love my colour and cut, and her advice regarding the Opalex was fantastic, I can't wait to try it in six weeks. I also loved the Morrocan oil and made a little purchase of that too. I have been having my hair done at the salon for a couple of years with Carys and Taylor but this evening with Lucy too. I can't fault the service I receive not only with my hair but from the welcome to the hospitality. Once I've left the salon the following 6 weeks can't come quick enough! I had a fab morning at The Priory having my hair coloured and cut by Michelle/Shellie. She has done an amazing job and I am very happy with it. The Priory is a very smart and classy salon. I am a regular client and have gone from very dark brown to blonde with previous appointments with Kirsty, who is just fabulous. Much guidance was given to manage my expectations about how long the process would take to go from such a dark colour and this should have been a minimum of 3 visits however we managed it in just 2. Today I called to see if I could be squeezed in for an ad-hoc appointment this evening which I was. I was dealt with by Imogen who took the call and completed my appointment. What a star. Not only was she very professional and attentive while dealing with other clients but did an amazing job of maintaining my blonde locks. Loving them so much. Thank you to both the ladies in the salon for my lovely hair. X

I absolutely love this salon. The staff are always friendly and listen to exactly what you want and it's a very relaxing atmosphere. I've been going for a few years now. Had my hair done recently with the new olaplex hair product and my hair is in excellent condition and the colour is amazing. I've had lots of compliments already. Highly recommended. You won't regret it

Had semi permanent eyebrows done with Natalie. She is amazing. Best thing I've ever had done. Natalie is extremely professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone. Also, her waxing skills (and listening skills) are second to none.

Had my hair done by the lovely Taylor today- from dark brown to a lovely blonde and I love it! Highly recommend her and the salon!

Had my first appointment with the lovely Taylor or Saturday, she totally transformed my dry, drab hair into luscious locks! So kind and informative every step of the way, had a total colour change so not a quick process but never once felt the "ooh what's happened here then?" feeling. After Taylor helped me with choosing the right shampoo and gave fabulous aftercare advice to protect and enhance my colour. Can't recommend Taylor or the rest of the girls enough for an amazing, relaxing afternoon� nearly can't wait for my roots to come through so I can make another appointment!�� thanks again Taylor! Xx

Had an AMAZING afternoon today using my 'Day Package' voucher that was bought for my birthday in December. For those still to use theirs you will not be disappointed. Excellent value for money and soooo relaxing; I actually fell asleep during my facial and massage!! �� xx

From the consultation to finished treatment ... the staff are knowledgable helpful professional and very welcoming ...

I have my hair coloured and cut every 5-6 weeks i like to keep it sharp and on trend ... every time they hit the nail on the head.

Ive recently started on beauty treatments .. fat freezing and the latest facial rejuvenation package .. feel fantastic in a relaxed warm salon with a great hot chocolate thrown in ...

Cracking service! Professional staff who look after you! Only had a quick hair cut but was looked after with a cuppa and biscuits. Pop in if you haven't.

Been going there for years. After a misunderstanding with booking hair colour, the boss decided that his workers were right and I was wrong. This was clearly not the case. Very disappointed. He was completely contradicting himself with his bizarre analogies: if you paid for a house to be painted, you wouldn't expect the back to be done as well as the front and sides... Well, yes actually. You would. Won't be returning and saddened to hear friends also agreeing that they'd been unhappy with their experiences too.
