Iv just had my 6 week post op and i am absolutely over the moon with my results. I cant thank Dr Richards and his amazing team enough. From my first visit, to surgery day, to post op everything has been exactly what I could of hoped for. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed at every visit. Dr Richards really made me feel like he had alot of time for me in my original consultation, to discuss anything i needed and to help me achieve the results I wanted. I was never pressured to book but i felt so confident that I wanted him to do my surgry that I booked in straight away. On the day of surgery everything was clearly explained to me, everyone I met was so nice and caring. I never had a anasthetic before so I was a bit nervous and unsure what to expect but I was reasured, the whole process was explained and I went in calm and compleatly confidante with the choice id made. I didnt have any problems post op so didnt need to ring but I was given phone numbers and told that even if I needed to call at 3 am a nurse would be there to talk to me. It was nice though to get a message from Aggie the day after to see how i was feeling and a call from my nurse 2 days after. I had my 1 week post op with the same nurse as my pre op she was fantastic and reassuring and a very happy friendly person. Having just had my 6 week post op today I met the nurse who will see me for my yearly check ups, was given advice on massage techniques and scar care, as well and seeing Dr Richards to check my healing and results and I got to thank him. Im so happy that if I ever need to get hold of the private clinic for any problems they will always be happy to talk to me or see me if needed all included. I couldnt be happier with the care I have recieved through the whole process, theirs a reason Dr Richards has been a plastic surgeon for so long because he is brilliant, him and his team have given me my confidence back and for that I cant thank them enough, worth every penny. Iv gone form a 32 B to a 32 E/F!! I visited the clinic this week and was welcomed by the friendly staff and professional atmosphere. From reception to nurses to doctors, all super helpful and approachable, my consultation was full of information and transparency. I look forward in booking in for my next appointment.

I can not recommend The Private Clinic highly enough. My patient coordinator Becky was incredibly professional, supported me throughout the process answering any question I had. At no point did I feel I was being sold to or experience a hard sell as many other companies try to do. Everything was taken at my pace. My surgeon was Dr Fallahdar who I met twice (at two consultations) prior to the procedure. He was very honest, thorough and set realistic expectations for me. He ensured I felt comfortable with the procedures I was having and showed me numerous images of his work. The post op care was excellent from Alice my nurse and the nurses in the actual hospital were lovely - they really looked after me when I felt groggy after my procedure. Dr Fallahdar’s work was incredible, perfectly natural and even better than I could have imagined. He has done wonders for my confidence. Having surgery is something not to underestimate which is why choosing the right company and surgeon is so important. Dr Fallahdar has carried out procedures on two of my friends who too are both thrilled. Honestly I can not recommend The Private Clinic enough and would not hesitate in choosing them for any further procedures.

Excellent value for money! My surgeon was fantastic, all the staff I encountered have been fantastic. The facilities were immaculate and lovely. I didn’t want to risk ‘cheaping out’ on surgery after how long and hard I worked to lose weight and I’m so glad I didn’t. My tummy tuck has completely changed my life and I am gobsmacked at how neat the incision line is and how well it’s healing. If I was to ever have any more cosmetic surgery I wouldn’t even dream of going anywhere else! �

It’s only been 6 days since my transplant but I’m already looking forward to seeing the results and seeing how this will change my appearance.

I would like to say massive thanks to David Odunewu, Dr Reddy , Dr Mamontova , Marta , Umar & Shiva for all their help in making my hair transplant possible, from the moment I arrived at the clinic they made me feel at ease and explained everything that was going to happen during the day. I was surprised how quick the time went.

I would recommend the Private Clinic to anyone who is thinking of having a hair transplant or other treatment as this is a first class clinic.

Couldn’t have been looked after better.. Aggie my nurse was so caring and looked after me like I was her own, was welcomed and made to feel comfortable throughout my whole surgery process.. Mr Adrian Richards work is highly recommended, very professional and so kind. I’m so happy with the result of my breast augmentation.. thank you again x

I bought two bundles for my daughter for the Nlite acne treatment £1500 on and six sessions later she still has acne but that isn't my issue.



The issue is that yesterday she was 25 minutes late for an appointment ( first time in a year of sessions ) because of an accident in central london and she was received with such arrogance , attitude and rudeness she was reduced to tears. There was no understanding, no attempt to resolve even though she explained we fly in especially for this treatment.



Yesterday the staff allegedly left at 6pm and the treatment they claimed now took 45 minutes ( as opposed to 20-25mins for the last year )but the appointment was booked for 5.30pm ????? So they would never have left on time



It also begs the question as to why the previous six sessions only took 25mins . I feel scammed , my daughter is upset and never wants to go back as she was made to feel so bad and I am considering reporting them for misrepresentation and to have this treatment and the claims reviewed.

After my calling Alicia and expressing my disgust she was given a slot today but guess what ? They made her wait 30 minutes !!!

Theses peoples are joking! You book an appointment and have to pay for booking...

Got booked on the rong date 16 of November... We are in December!

Get the same day appointment so change all my plans and got there in time.

Of course they mad a mistake and no one can see me!

Poor care after my surgery left in a room and was forgotten about. I was called to see how I was the day after surgery and told I would get a call the following day to check whether I needed more pain relief as the pain was bad and guess what they forgot to call me! I have complained to Practice Manager and I am waiting for 20 days to get the complaint investigated.

My partner had a Brest augmentation whilst the results and the surgeon we could not fault one bit. The care provided was lacking. My partner was put in reception waiting for "executive" transport home after the surgery. The transport didn't turn up and after hours of being sat there no drink offered no bed or anything after just having surgery. did we finally get picked up in a taxi that was leaking oil and looked like it was about to break down. Definitely wasn't the executive transport we arrived in. Complaint put to manager and a offer of £100 off non cosmetic surgery that my partner would never use so she refused it. The CEO was meant to of been informed of this and yet 2 months later still nothing received from him. Surgery itself 10/10 the care provided I wouldn't even rate a 1/10 after my partner broke down in tears in the reception area after hours of waiting.

Consultation went well so went up following wk got lazer treatment, ,,not happy at all as still 3mth later still got scars from treatment, ,,really sad as had high expectations, ,,the staff were lovely but treatment I do not recommend, !

Avoid at at costs. The level of professionalism at the private clinic is no existent. I went for a consultation at the Bristol clinic followed up by sort (strange) open day at the Birmingham clinic. At the open day, I had mini consultation which consisted of the surgeon shoving a mirror in face and pressuring heavily until my mother came in and he suddenly changed his tune. After deciding not to go through with the surgery I phoned head office and explained I wanted my information deleted and for the company not to contact me further. I was asked why this was and I explained about the pressuring, the guy I spoke to suggested that he make it a formal complaint and get someone to ring later. I was hesitant, but accepted. I assumed naively the phone call would be to apologise, but no. I got a phone call from the head of the Birmingham clinic in essence accusing me of making my experience up, saying "well, he not normally like that..." I explained it didn't matter what he was normally like and that he had made me uncomfortable. I tried to explain it wasn't my idea to complain and that it was a suggestion from head office. Eventually I had to to put the phone down because of how aggressive she had become. Rang back head office to confirm that my info had been deleted. This was about a month / two months ago. Still receiving personalised emails I've had to ring again to get them to stop. Absolute shambles and still to receive an apology for any of the haste.
