Had a wonderful party in the basement on Saturday - a great space with it's own music system and free to hire. The location between Angel and Highbury and Islington tubes was fantastic. We were very well looked after by the staff and the pizzas were delicious. The room benefitted from a few decorations being popped up but was comfortable for lots of people seated and standing. Thank you for a great day! Recommended.

Great staff, service and food. Reasonably priced food & a fantastic Gin selection

A good selection of beers...decent wine list,house wine just 9 quid till the15th of November...and the only place I ever have a pizza because they are the best I've ever had..and any 2 pizzas for 9 quid till the 15th of November...just 5 days left for the cheapest night out you'll ever have in Islington ...

Would anyone know meta bulter or richie butler or anyone related to them if so could yous please get in contact as its very important thank you

Rude staff, spineless management. 20 minutes before the end of a match, we were kicked out because we had a child with us. Happy to take our ┬Ż100, not happy with being a little reasonable (20 minutes grace). After being a big fan of this pub for 8 years, will never return. To add insult to injury, the actual manager was too scared to deal with the situation himself and sent a rude underling to do his dirty work. Will never recommend this place again.
