This is the first time staying at this hotel. Location wise, it is perfect - just opposite the V&A Museum with NUS stop and tune station at its doorsteps. The room that I stayed at, a club room, was spacious and had a view of the museum.



What is innovative about this hotel is that guests are supplied with a smartphone which allows you unlimited local phone calls and international calls to selected destinations like EU countries and USA and unlimited data for internet browsing.

The staff were fantastic. They helped us with our every question and request. It made a great vacation even better. The restaurant and lounge are very good. And the location is about as good as it gets with great access to many key points in the city. I will go back!

Stayed there 8 nights this month on a family vacation. Did a lot of research prior to choosing the Rembrandt. Very nice room , comfy beds, great location (short walk to many museums, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Harrods), wonderful staff, nice breakfast selection & use of a smart phone while there all helped make for perfect stay.

Perfect location and great staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is supplied including iron and iron board, water, teas and coffees. The spa's fantastic, I had the best Swedish massage while I was there it's definitely worth a visit!

Just spent the most amazing weekend in London and so pleased we chose The Rembrandt to stay in. Staff were excellent and very attentive at all times. Our room was lovely (executive double) very comfy bed and as it was our wedding anniversary they had left a very nice bottle of red wine as a gift which was a lovely touch! The bar area is very relaxed and serve fab cocktails and so all in all a great place to stay and we will definitely return and next time for longer!

Just spent 2 nights staying at this hotel and what an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Staff very very friendly and helpful even on your checking out day the attention to detail is outstanding- storing our bags whilst we continued to sight see was a very welcom jesters and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was not certainly not disappointing. Thank you for a lovely warm welcome and will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. All amenities tubes also within easy walking distance.

Incredible experience with my girlfriends.. The package we bought had a light lunch and glass of Cava... The lunch was a high quality hot meal...not very light at all..but we all love it..gave us lots of energy to spend the rest of the day at the spa...all recomended..!

I have just had the most amazing experience 😊 We dropped in after being at Harrods and they were fully booked but fortunately they managed to have a twin room for us. Very pleased as I would have been in the dog house especially as we were out on my wife's birthday treat! After crashing out on the comfy bed there was a knock at the door 🤔 WOW. Received a bottle of wine compliments of the hotel on my wife's birthday. It's the little touches that goes a long way. 😄 Slept like log that night and woke up late, and sauntered down for a beautiful breakfast with helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay and certainly will be going back and maybe get a few spa treatments next time

I agree with all the other reviews, the staff and service are amazing, it’s obvious that there is good management. because from the front desk to the toilets everyone was on the ball , friendly atttntive bar staff ,beautifully clean rooms , great choice of breakfasts, , lovely evening meal, great concierge, everything catered for , well done and thank you for such a lovely stay .

First time in London, researched reviews for many hotels before deciding on this one. Ver happy with our choice. On arrival. We needed a room sooner than we thought. The front desk accommodated us in no time. We were in our room 2 hours before the expected room would have been available. Close to many major sites within walking distance. Would recommend. Only one drawback is not handicap user friendly. But if this is not an issue for you it is a wonderful hotel. If I return, will definitely stay again.

Excellent - great location , very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Wonderful breakfasts - extensive choice. Very helpful concierge . Health spa and gym next door, Perfect.

hotel lovely clean and despite the swimming lessons i enjoyed a facial and both my husband snd i had full and relaxing back massages. staff lovely here is the tough bit. room not ready on arrival but full payment insisted on although my card was used to hold the booking as i was in the spa my husband paid and came to the spa where we waited for the room to be made ready. i then had to get a refund for husbands card and charge mine (all ines dart as we had not even been issued with a key card) we ordered champagne for the room. it was not delivered and we had to chase by phone. THEN wait for it not only were we charged twice for the champagne it was delivered without an ice bucket (another request for a bucket by phone). the bucket arrived and after a few minutes i opened and such was the pressure that the neck of the bottle rose up over the floor. the waitress must have ran to the room. That done we enjoyed afternoon tea but decided to go out for dinner based on the service so far. the staff are great individually but seem to be inexperienced and left without senior management support at busy periods which leads to mistakes and a poor impression of the hotel overall. it was my husbands birthday and we had a good time but can't help but say that i expected better it is awkward having to chase staff in what we assumed was a well regarded and established hotel

We booked afternoon tea for 4. We were placed (in a virtually empty room) bang next to a staff meeting area. We had a wheelchair user with us so with some fuss moved away from the bow screened off area (but the meeting was only inches away). Tea was ok. Bread for the sandwiches a bit dry and the 2 cakes unremarkable. Tea did not arrive until we were 3/4 of the way through the feed. No refill offered Nd it was too weak. No staff to call upon most of the time. A dull experience I probably wouldn't repeat when there are so many good places for tea in central London.

Stayed for one night last nite. We booked through an outside company & booked an Executive Room which was lovely. We requested a travel cot & this was provided. Food in the bar was really good & staff were very helpful. The concierge that was on duty when we booked in was a bit grumpy & didn't seem too happy when I asked him to bring our luggage up but all of the other concierges were excellent & very helpful. Unfortunately the travel cot for my 6 and a half month daughter was awful & didn't have a mattress just a duvet for her to sleep on so she didn't sleep @ all & ended up in with us. It had some kind of cardboard in it & made it very uncomfortable for her. The breakfast this morning was awful, the front of house wasn't very friendly & didn't greet us in the Q. She seemed more interrelated in checking her computer! We ordered coffees, a latte & flat white which took forever & also the poached eggs I ordered were awful. I asked for medium & one arrived medium & the other was very well done! The breakfast buffet was cold so not enjoyable. The hotel is lovely although corridors are not suitable for buggies especially every time I tried to get down one housekeeping seemed to have trolleys there & not inclined to move them for me when I needed to get through! It was good value for what we paid but customer service overall could do with improving across all areas!
