What a fabulous experience. We were at The Ritz for Sunday lunch and all I can say is WOW. The food was sublime and the service superb. There are no other words needed.
Well what can I say absolutely lovely,I took my sister for a glass of champagne but because I had ripped jeans on they wasnŌĆÖt gonna let me in but he said they had clothes in the cloakroom they could let me wear how good are they,got changed into a lovely skirt and was shown to our table,the manners and service was 100% they could not do enough for u thank u for helping me out with my clothes when we come again I will b dressed appropriately lol thank u
We visited The Ritz to celebrate a big birthday. We just wanted a drink in the bar. The staff couldnŌĆÖt have made us more welcome. They took photos for us and really made the experience special.
This was our second visit to the Ritz for lunch on our wedding ¤æ░¤ÅĮ anniversary it is perfection !! Our waiter Miguel was excellent , I am coeliac he knew that and not once did I feel that I was taking my life in my hands , I witnessed him go to two other waiters , possibly head waiter to check my dessert was gluten free as it was the banana souffl├® and can come with a biscuit crust but it had been exchanged for chocolate !!! What excellent attention to detail a credit to you !!! Thank you we will be back ! It's on my Bucket list to stay Ōś║’ĖÅ
Outstanding the atmosphere the decor and food simply awesome and Champagne why not drink it in the middle of the day ... and the staff wow their knowledge was amazing . What a way to spend an afternoon especially in good company, this is definitely a must for everybody not just once but any time you just want to be really spoilt .
On June 14 th I took my son Mason Brock for lunch for his 21st . CouldnŌĆÖt have experienced anything more amazing for him and his Aunt and Uncle . The service food everything was excellent . He said when I asked was that a experience! He replied I love to have Christmas dinner there mum ? I just laughed !

It was a wonderful experience, my daughters and I went to the Ritz we had afternoon tea which was everything we thought it would be so gracious and the ambiance was amazing, the food was delicious, the waiters were wonderfully attentative to our every need and replenished the plates as we ate and refilled our tea. We came from New Zealand to visit and it certainly didn't dissapoint , I would certainly recommend it.
I visited on Saturday for afternoon tea with my mum and one of my oldest friends to celebrate mine and my Friends 50th birthday and my Mums 70th, we could not have wished to celebrate anywhere better it was just fabulous. We were treated so well and we're made to feel so special our waiters were fantastic especially Mario. Thank you for a day we will never forget.
I booked the celebration afternoon tea for our 40th Wedding Anniversary my wife (Joan) had always wanted to visit the Ritz and we both loved it, the food and service was excellent and I am sure we will return
It was an experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic time at the Ritz for our celebration afternoon tea with champagne ’┐Į ’┐Į it was my mum's 80th birthday and was a very memorable occasion. The food was fantastic cakes were light as air, scones were so fresh and warm. Sandwiches were delicious too. Couldn't fault the service either. All waiters were attentive and chatty. Well worth it for a special occasion.
Beautiful the service was great. The waiter's looked after everything we needed just one thing the beef and horseradish sandwich, the beef was all grizzle bit disappointed in that but everything else was great
Beautiful building and beautiful staff. We had the most amazing time at our afternoon tea. They catered for my gluten free diet outstandingly. The service was simply brilliant and everyone was knowledgeable about the hotel's history, the food, the tea...and of course the champagne. The atmosphere is just the best. Everyone should treat themselves to spending time here now and again.
As a foreigner, I knew The Ritz from the movie Notting Hill many years ago. That was one of my favorite movies. So I went with my friend for an afternoon tea to have the experience. I was amazed by the circumstance, the food, the tea, and the service. Everything was perfect. Right feeling.
However, a naughty fly was found on the cake, which was served on the next table of 2 young people. It was flying around and around the yummy cakes and finally landed on one of the them. ’┐Į’┐Į I called the waiter and the waiter took away the tray with the cakes. Changed another for them.
This didn't affect my mood enjoying the afternoon tea though. Still love Ritz, Love Hugh Grant.
Amazing experience. Felt so special bringing my Mum here for her 60th Birthday. We had afternoon tea and it was fab. The staff were really pleasant and friendly and the food was gorgeous. We were surprised by how much food we kept getting as there was a nice constant supply. Would definitely recommend.
Always outstanding - a perfect experience. Daniel and Andrea in the Rivoli bar are fantastic - welcoming, courteous, warm and knowledgeable about all manner of cocktails on the amazing menu. You should be very proud of them - both are fine ambassadors for the Ritz.
Afternoon tea at the Ritz met all of our expectations and beyond. Everything from the food to the excellent service was superb and the beautiful surroundings added to a an experience we will never forget. I cannot recommend it too highly.
Absoultey loved the venue, staff , food and drinks and the whole experience! Next time I would love to stay the night and have an evening meal. Would 110% recommend to a friend ’┐Į’┐Į
Absolutely incredible!! Stayed Friday and Saturday for our friends anniversary. They had an anniversary cake presented to them at afternoon tea While the pianist played The Anniversary Waltz. All unexpected brought tears to our eyes On retiring to their room their bed was covered in red rose petals shaped in a heart. Outstanding service! Big shout out to Henry!! Couldn't have been more delightful Wouldn't let us push our friend in her wheelchair he wanted to do it!! Credit to the Ritz and his family!!
