very good place. we started there at 6.30 we had a booking for 30 people we had large space and very good deal on the bar with happy hour . all started very smoothly and then around 10 started the real party. all furniture were removed to leave all the space for the dance floor all our guest really love it.

Really great staff that work here, there was an incident with a rude guy but the bouncers and manager dealt with it so well. Really refreshing to see a club taking things like this seriously and I would highly recommend this club to anyone visiting London

I have never had a bad night here, love love love it!

Had a fab time there last Monday. Great Music, cheap drinks and jugs! A must go!

Went to Roxy for my birthday with a group of 16 people. I'd tried to contact them to book a table but they don't reserve on Saturday evenings, but I was told that if I was early enough I should get a table which I did when I got there at 8. Drinks were amazing and the happy hour lasts until 10:30 so you can't ask for much more! It starts getting more lively around 11 so we got cleared off of our table to make room for more dance space. Had a great time!

Had a lovely birthday party at DYWMB on Saturday. Even got chatting to someone who was also having their birthday, which turned out to be a good omen!

Only played Taylor Swift once and it wasn't even old Taylor, very disappointed.

i will lose my time if i have to talk about all they problems . u can start with them spirits and finish with them mananger . if u asking about the receipt u get out . because the GM say, u can't get the receipt before u pay .. welcome to the jungle :)

Your bouncers on the door are power hungry weirdos and your flyerers don't do their job.

The club itself was decent, and in a good location.

HOWEVER..... I ordered two pitchers from the bar and I watched as the bar tender ran out of Rhubarb Gin on the first pitcher, and assumed he’d go get another bottle to use in the 2nd pitcher (both had rhubarb gin in), however he didn’t. So I kindly asked him if he had put Gin in the 2nd pitcher which he replied with yes, and got me to smell a brown bottle which definitely wasn’t Gin (or any type of alcohol), so hesitantly i went back to our reserved table and enjoyed my 1st pitcher , when my girlfriend and I tried the 2nd picture we knew something wasn’t right. So we got our friends to try it, and they all said how it tasted just of soda water and didn’t have any Gin in. So I returned to the bar and confronted the bartender who served me and explained my concerns, to which he replied....



‘I am the manager, I definitely put Gin in your drink. I know I did, so what’s the problem’



To which I was shocked at his rudeness, and insisted he tried the drink himself to prove it.

To which he replied the same. After convincing him to try the drink he was adamant their was Gin in it. I was very angry and asked another member of staff to try the drink who must have been new and didn’t want to jeopardise his employment, and agreed with his very angry and rude manager.



However once the manager had disappeared he agreed with me and said there wasn’t any Gin in the drink , and he didn’t want to undermine his manager in front of customers (which I totalled understand). Anyway it got me pretty angry at how arrogant and rude the manager was, and got my group of 20 guests to get up and leave. So well done manager you lost a lot of business indeed. And I will not be returning ever.

The Bouncers hassled us for entrance fee once we were already in the club and it was free entry before 7. Guess what we got in before 7 and were extorted out of our money at 10pm!

Really unimpressed with last night’s event - supposedly free entry before 10pm, but past 10:00 the event promoters started asking everyone already in the club to ether pay £5 for “entry” or get out. We were out with a big group to celebrate a birthday, and it just soured the mood a bit.

Never coming back here again. I've always been a fan but never again. I went toilets with my friends as we were told to...& because a girl and her mate were getting the sick the bouncers came in & kicked us out. It was not made clear that girls had to use the toilets alone. I've have really bad anxiety and mental health issues as to using toilets alone and in all honesty I really do need someone with me. But these girls ruined all chances. We were kicked out and not given any reasonable explanation except that tit is their policy and is in the bathroom (and not made clear enough) which was stated by the girl who worked there'd and did say they needed to change this. But we were still kicked out and it was all a bit irrational, I was literally in the club 2 seconds. Really bad customer care. Would not recommend. Had to queue ages also just to be kicked out the minute I got in....

I had Birthday drinks at Roxy in the early evening this Monday with a few friends, when it was free entry. After spending three hours in Roxy, and after spending a lot of money on drinks we were asked to "pay for entry" at 10pm. The bouncer escorted a promoter around the club hounding all of my friends for the £5 entry fee or they were escorted off the premises. This completely spoilt our evening, and many of my friends left appalled at this. I have never seen something like this before at any club, where entry is paid after the fact, and I have never expected to experience this at Roxy.
