Just returned from stay in at the royal Cambridge lovely hotel and def will be looking at staying there again in November for the Christmas wonderland in Hyde park thank u for having us

Had a lovely 2 night stay here, room perfectly adequate for the price and very clean! Staff very friendly and polite, if only the same could be said for some of the other guests!! Breakfast very nice and caters for all tastes, would definitely stay again!

Amazing location. Underground stations are just few meters away from the hotel. Hotel condition is excellent. Staffs are friendly. New beds and comfortable pillow. Will definitely return in the future. :)

Yes the rooms are small. However, they make up for it with their excellent customer service. I had an issue with some financial matters. The staff went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I cannot thank them enough. I will be back. :-)

We throughly enjoyed our stay for 4 days, set in the heart of Paddington. 5 mins walk from the train station. Rooms are clean, family room spacious, ensuite with bath/shower. Rooms cleaned and beds made daily:) Reception staff VERY helpful. Thank you to all for making our stay an enjoyable one ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į Wishing you all the very best for 2017!!!!

Really pleasant over night stay the evening staff even bought us some cutlery when we ordered a takeaway and realised we didnŌĆÖt have anything to eat it with! The breakfast was standard what youŌĆÖd expect in a hotel like this - nothing special but perfectly edible. the shower was powerful and the water lovely and hot. CanŌĆÖt complain about the hotel itself the only complaint I would have is the Christmas lights that where on all night flashing into our room and the traffic was quite noisy but we where in a room facing the main road.

Clean, on a relatively quiet street. Close to Paddington station and the Heathrow express. A perfect solution when the #AirBnB we booked turned out to be disgusting.

The hotel is good but the rooms are so small. The WiFi was good. Bathrooms are so small also. The food are extremely delicious and halal.

Rooms are very clean the en suite are tiny. The staff are very nice and a good choice at breakfast. Very good location for underground no remote for TV or hairdryer in our room.

The rooms are tiny, breakfast is dull, they threw away my personal belongings, the wifi didn't work for 4/7 days, there wasn't a safe in the room, the manager dismissed my complaint and never called me even though I specifically left a message for her to do so.

Rooms are tiny, no where to put a suitcase. There was an issue with my first room and they didn't check my length of stay, so got moved to 3 different rooms in less than 24 hours, was not happy.

Excellent location, rooms tiny but clean. Breakfast a absolute joke, I had to go elsewhere. Bar? Where! A tiny fridge serving just cola... no room service at all asked for 2 cans of cola to be brought.. never arrived. No hot water, after calling reception twice a man arrived turned a tap still not fixed never returned. Asked the man on reception to call a cab.. made us 30 mins late for a show by fobbing us off repeatedly that the taxi was here turning round at the lights etc, in the end we flagged down a black cab. Great for location.. . Anything else look elsewhere! - lady on reception very nice and helpful!

Looks like they deleted my review... just as theyŌĆÖve done everywhere else that IŌĆÖve posted it! Do not go here, horrific customer service! You can find MUCH MUCH better places for just a few pounds more. Still trying to get answers from them and the compensation they promised me a month on!
