The Rum Kitchen

This is a quality place great atmosphere although we didn't eat the food did look really good. The staff were fantastic and the drinks were just as good shame I couldn't stay all night.

The food is very tasty! Slightly spicy. The service is very friendly and good! The staff is very friendly! The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful! I would visit Rum Kitchen again!

My parents are from Trinidad and my wife's parents are from Jamaica so we grew up on this food and cook it at home. So we wanted to see how Rum Kitchen did their thing. The decor ambiance and the staff were all on point and lastly the food was great my wife said the rice & peas was not that tasty but that's minor it was Valentine's night we would recommend it and definitely bring the kids next time 5*****

I went to the Rum Kitchen on Friday, 3 November for drinks and I had an amazing time ! The Clear as Day cocktail is a perfect mix of everything !! The atmosphere is relaxed and the music groovy. We received excellent service from the Bar Staff.

I absolutely loved the Rum Kitchen, the food is fab and the portion sizes... well.... you won't leave the place hungry that's for sure!!! The rum cocktails are so amazing too.

I'm defiantly coming back with my family, I just wish there was a Rum Kitchen near where I live. Hint hint ��

Great food, drinks and service. Today we hadn’t even noticed the food was slightly late coming as they were busy and we were given drinks to compensate. Great to see how important it is to maintain a good reputation for service.

The welcome was fantastic, the staff were very friendly. The food and cocktail was to die for, however we ordered our food and the waitress forgot to put it in, we waited 45 minutes, then asked about it. She then went to place the order. When we finally got it my sweet potato fries was missing, she then had to 're order it ( stated it would be on the house ) but when we got the bill it was on there. 5mins after we received our food a waitress came over to tell us that they will be needing the table for the next booking.

Was very disappointed at this point, I just wanted to leave so we left.

Think I will visit again hope for a better experience.

Buzzing place, nice cocktails, good food, spicey.. staff great.. overall fair price for a fair meal

Service was chaotic and disorganised I waited half an hour for a drink ordered at my table. If you went to the bar you could get a drink in 5 mins. Staff were not knowledgeable about the menu. Food was ok I ordered salt fish fritters (no taste of salt fish) I had snapper for my main course the plate was covered in hot sauce - Why? I wouldn’t make the effort to re visit it really isn’t worth it!!!

Food was ok portions were supposed to be large but looked minimal to me cocktails tasted like there was no alcohol in them the (happy hour selection ) noisy and staff unorganised don’t think we’ll be going back there (kingly court)

The food was alright, nice to see the Caribbean kitchen in another country. I’m Caribbean, I know how the taste should be so there fore it was missing something’s but It is a nice concept of mixing Caribbean flavors with modern foods.

I can't even give a 1* . I understand you can't control all the things but if you know something is wrong in the kitchen that you even need engineer , it would be at least nice to get a call to be informed about it or offered free drinks as a sign of apology . Totally disappointed .

Food was definitely not up to my standards over priced for frozen over cooked prawns yuck � my friend was sick after meal never going there again ever
