Went in for food & drinks before our music gig at The Borderline. Food was great lovely atmosphere and friendly helpfull staff will definitely be going back good value all round.
Very beautiful pub, nice atmosphere. A good place to hang up with friends and drink beer, gin or something else.
The Salisbury is a theatre pub par excellence in the heart of London's Theatreland. Wonderful atmosphere, nice range of food and drinks and attentive staff who make you feel at home. And for the theatre buffs: When you go to the restrooms downstairs have a look at the wonderful collage of the leaflets and posters of West End shows past and present.
The Salisbury is a nice old pub with good service and close to a couple of theatres.
The Salisbury is a beautiful and historic pub that just keeps getting better. Having been to almost 300 pubs in London, this still remains one of the very best. Landlord Jon and his team are welcoming, friendly and attentive at all times, and offer up a warm atmosphere.
The generous selection of ever changing real ales are always well kept, and the food menu offers a wide choice. It also boasts one of the most beautiful interiors of any London pub, the ornate glass all around the room is simply stunning.
So if youβre planning to visit the West End, be sure to drop into the Salisbury and enjoy.
Pre theatre visit, a beautiful pub, just had a cider which was lovely and a pint of IPA for hubby, I love the glass panels in the pub and the windows are beautiful.
One of the most beautiful pubs I think I have seen in London , if it's good enough for Elizabeth Taylor , Richard Burton , Vivien Leigh to name a few , then definitely good enough for me .
Nice old fashioned boozer, service quick, will pop back in a couple months when back up town ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
Lovely pub , staff extremely friendly , food came out quick and to a fantastic standard , even though it was a busy Saturday ... οΏ½
Lovely meal. Been along time since lived in London but found a great tradional pub with good food. Certainly recommend the Steak and Ale pie. Loved it.
Lovely meal with family yesterday. Great food, service and atmosphere. Many thanks!
Loved it, absolutely loved it! Great place, amazing ambient, the decoration, the furnitures, the staff, the story and of course, the beer! If I didn't live in Argentina, I would live there! Awesome place!
It was our first time there. The place had a great atmosphere with a lot of character. The food looked and smelt gorgeous although we didnβt dine there. When we visit London again we will definitely try the food out. Highly recommend a visit
Great pub, helpful staff and excellent ales. Lovely to sit outside and smoke my pipe while the world went by.
Great pub!! Lively, friendly and good beers!!!

Will come again
Great food & service. Lovely pub. Sliders and sampler plate was delicious.
Great choice of real ales, good service friendly pub.
Good selection of beer and spirits. Nice little pub for pre theatre drinks
Friendly & efficient staff. No loud music, nice clientele for those of us who are of a certain age and want to drink in a place that's not full of 18- 21yr olds
Fabulous, lovely well-run pub between Leicester Square & Covent Garden: wonderful ales, lovely atmosphere & excellent service.
Personal favourite: a pint of Tribute!

Always go to the salisbury when we visit covent garden.
A great pub, and atmosphere
Perfect place for drinks/eats around a show. Prices not too bad considering it's prime location.
Nice pub, pity about the service and the fact I had to insist on a glass, glass for my wine, not a plastic one.
Nice London pub with lots of character and a large choice of beer
Had a nice meal there on tuesday evening, very busy but just about managed to get a table, would go again when im up in london
Great pub, beautiful interior, a must if you're in Covent Garden. But did run out of Stella οΏ½
This is a really nice traditional pub with a good range of beers....which aren't particularly cheap.
However when it gets busy and service is hit and miss....
Would definately recommend if it's not too busy, but you're taking your chances when they are
Crowded, long wait at bar to be seved, St Austell was OK but could have been a bit cooler.
What a lovely pub wish there was pubs like that in dorest
Nice and fairly friendly pub. Felt a bit avoided at times, they knew I was a tourist. Got short changed on my first drinks order. Iβm from Yorkshire, they need to be quicker to catch me out.
Very lazy staff - rude and cold fish & chips been going in there for years never again
The place looked nice. The service was dreadful and absolutely unprofessional: two people behind the bar mostly devoted to ignoring customers, unable to remember the orders, concentrated on themselves and price reviewer, rather than actual serving. I left without being served after waiting in 4 people 'line' for over 10 minutes. Shortly, a place never to go to!
